Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a co-founder and the managing director of a global provider of public speaking and communication skill coaching services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eastsource?

I'm currently based in the Netherlands, however, most of my team is scattered around Europe while most of our business is conducted in South East Asia. This meant that we had many communication challenges when conducting online coaching. Our business is an SEO top-ranked service provider in in Malaysia, so we had a lot of enquiries but weren’t ready to take on the workload communication-wise.

We needed to create a systematic workflow for onboarding new clients as well as scheduling and conducting coaching sessions over the internet while maintaining the integrity and quality of the coaching calls.

How did you select this vendor?

They came highly recommended by a few professionals I spoke to. After a call and a meeting, it was clear that they understood what the issue was and came up with a proposal that fit our budget exactly and solved the issue to a huge extent.

They created a strategy for our communication process and provided full technical support in getting our system up and running. They resolved all issues quickly.

They assigned a project manager and two technical specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completely successful. Our client onboarding process has improved significantly, and we now have a better inquiry to client conversion rate than before. Their team was also very approachable whenever we had issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very good in this regard. Their team was easily accessible via the channel of our choosing, though they had their own internal system as well. They mostly delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of their work and the personal attention they gave to each problem stood out. They surely had other projects running simultaneously, but they took the time to understand our business model and needs very well. They’re also very knowledgeable people.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s nothing that I can point out now. I highly recommend them.

BikeFair received several good offers, but Eastsource’s prices were significantly lower. They delivered on everything they promised, and we’ve been very happy with the outcome.

Their communication was spot-on. They provided honest advice and worked hard to understand our needs. We saved both time and money on the engagement as a result.
