I am the Founder of Gambit

Gambit is a new experiential dating app, focused on providing singles a tool to connect quicker IRL. Our experiential approach encourages singles to take action and break never-ending chat patterns. Gambit is positioned to make dating more efficient and accountable through a redefined, intentional user journey.

Gambit is a B2B and B2C SaaS offering, with Tampa Bay, Florida being the first test market.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Eagerworks was chosen as the best (and obvious) partner to build Gambit's MVP. 

Deliverables included: mulitple API integrations, a refreshed landing page, building and applying our signature algorithm, updating brand & UX/UI designs/journeys, creating an Admin and Business partner portal for our B2B capacities, and many more aspects that resulted in a gorgeous, functional, seamless, and compelling MVP.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results of the project are clearly seen and felt when using the Gambit MVP - beta version of the app - available for both iOs and Android. 

We have begun to onboard our first batches of beta testers, who have communicated glowing reviews of the design, functionality, and feel of the early-version app.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our project manager, Cami, was/is a total rockstar. The team was timely, communicative, compassionate, patient, and collaborative at every stage of our work together.

Their dedication, motivation, and quick-witted nature are the most impressive attributes of eagerworks that represent the entire culture built, sustained, and exhibited by eagerworks as a company. 

They truly care about the trajectory of the project far beyond the bounds of the contracted scope, consistently making recommendations and adjustments to ensure ultimate success for the founders and startups they choose to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something eagerworks could have done differently?

Only improvement I could recommend is to clone the team assigned to my project so I can continue working with them on the daily. :)
