CHALLENGE

Ringier Axel Springer Polska – one of the biggest publishing houses in Poland – was looking for a new software house to take over the technological responsibility for their internet bookshop Literia.pl.

SOLUTION

E-com.house migrated the platform to a new

environment, added core features and improved SEO. Current focus of the cooperation is on adding more digital products (using agile methodology) and fixing any bugs that arise.

RESULTS

CHALLENGE

Kubota Store was looking for a partner to reactivate an iconic Polish shoe brand after 20+ years of dormancy. So, e-com.house team has been supporting Kubota from the very beginning of their eCommerce journey.

SOLUTION

E-com.house suggested holistic approach and both teams set up close cooperation in many areas, i.e. UX design, web analytics, technology, paid social campaigns, influencers or digital marketing strategy. E-com.house has also taken over agile development of Magento 2 + Vue Storefront (mobile-first PWA solution), and is providing the maintenance of Kubota Store platform.

RESULTS

Kubota’s sales numbers quickly increased from 0 to 3000 orders per month! The PWA implementation impacted positively on conversion rates level, SEO results and average loading times on mobile and desktop. We’ve been working together since May 2018.

ICAN Institute was looking for a partner to design a new version of Harvard Business Review Poland website (www.hbrp.pl).

SOLUTION

E-com-house has provided them with data-driven redesign including desk research, quantity & quality data

analysis, UX workshops with HBRP & ICAN 20-member team and UX design (low-fidelity & high-fidelity wireframes).

RESULTS

The main goals were to effectively combine specific publisher's needs (e.g. improvement of user engagement) with business KPIs (e.g. increasing newsletter sign-up conversion rate and magazine subscription rate). Both goals were met soon after the go-live date.

Kubota brand, famous back in the 1990s, has been reactivated in 2018 by a new generation of Polish entrepreneurs. It offers a range of casual shoes, including the legendary Kubota slide sandals/flip-flops, as well as other footwear products. e-com.house has co-created and is still developing for us a mobile-friendly platform with great UX that helped us to go from 0 to 3,000 orders per month! Our two teams have become one and we enjoy a good work relationship and a clear, direct communication.
