What challenge were you trying to address with DynoPage?

We needed to rebuild and relaunch our website with a high-end, optimized design and refreshed branding to significantly improve conversion rates for my coaching services, especially paid podcast guest appearances and episode recordings. We also wanted to increase invitations and bookings for paid podcast guest spots, attract more conference and event invitations for me as a keynote speaker through a more professional, credible online presence, and achieve major improvements in page speed and core web vitals for better search engine visibility, SEO performance, UX, and overall site retention and engagement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DynoPage handled a complete website relaunch and rebuild for our website from start to finish. The main scope included a full redesign and development using WordPress with Bricks Builder, Automatic.css, and Crocoblock for a modern, responsive layout that loads super fast. They also set up dynamic content for podcast episodes, my coaching services, testimonials, and other key sections so everything is easy to update.Moreover, DynoPage refreshed the branding and visual identity to make it feel more professional and aligned with my high-end coaching and speaking work. They also improved UX, technical SEO, core web vitals, speed optimizations (like caching, images, and Cloudflare CDN), and analytics setup. The team ensured the site was fully mobile-optimized and worked great on all devices. They also added podcast embeds and media players.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our conversion rate improved drastically. Before the relaunch, we had almost no paid podcast guest bookings through the site, even though there was a free option. After going live, over 50% of people who inquired chose the Silver plan at $197 per episode recording. That was a huge jump in actual paid conversions.Moreover, our page speed scores jumped way up. The new site consistently scored 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile and desktop), which was a big improvement from before. It loaded super fast now, even with images, podcast embeds, and all the sections. 

We also noticed better user engagement and a more professional feel. Right after the launch, I started getting more podcast guest requests and speaker invitations for conferences. The polished, high-end design and clear branding made it much easier for people to see me as a premium coach and speaker, which directly helped with those opportunities.Overall, the site performed great, looked professional, and was actually driving the business results we wanted. I was very happy with how it turned out.

Additionally, organic traffic started to pick up a bit. In the first couple of months, we noticed more visitors coming from Google searches related to relationship coaching, communication, and keynote speaking. The traffic felt more qualified — people were landing on the service pages or podcast section and actually engaging more, with lower bounce rates thanks to the faster speeds and cleaner design.Moreover, the domain rating already improved noticeably since the relaunch. Before, it was lower, but the new professional setup, better technical SEO, schema markup, and big core web vitals jump (90+ PageSpeed) seemed to have helped build trust with search engines faster. Search rankings for my main keywords hadn't climbed dramatically yet (it was still early), but the improved domain authority was a great foundation and should help rankings continue to rise over the coming months.Overall, the site felt stronger technically and more authoritative right out of the gate. I was really happy with the progress so far and excited to see how it kept building.

How did DynoPage perform from a project management standpoint?

DynoPage's project management was excellent — clear, organized, and really easy to work with. They kept things straightforward with regular check-ins (mostly via email and quick calls when needed), shared progress updates, and always explained the next steps so I never felt out of the loop. Everything was handled professionally but in a friendly, approachable way, which made the whole process stress-free.Moreover, they delivered on time. The project started in December 2025 and wrapped up right on schedule in January 2026, with the full relaunch and launch support completed as promised. There were no delays at all, and they even made sure everything was polished and tested before going live.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I found most impressive and unique about working with DynoPage was how they delivered such a high-end, fast, and professional website at a really reasonable price.A few things really stood out:It just felt like they had their processes dialed in perfectly, which let them focus on quality instead of dragging things out. That combination of top-notch results, great speed and performance, and real value for the money was what impressed me the most. I highly recommend them!

Honestly, there wasn't much I could point to that they could have done better.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We achieved our goal of improving our website’s speed. Our Google PageSpeed Insights score went from red to green. We also reduced our hosting costs, and our email system worked the same.

How did DynoPage perform from a project management standpoint?

DynoPage’s project management was effective enough. We had great communication with them over Signal. Although we went over time on what we had originally talked about, it was still within my needs, and I understood why. My website was over 10 years old and was absolutely massive. You don’t move Jupiter overnight.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

I was impressed with how mindful DynoPage was of our budget and how they helped us run our website faster for cheaper.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I lost a file of photos that took me a while to clean up. Given the scope of the project, it was amazing that was the only thing that went wrong. It was fine; we figured it all out.

- Contact forms and phone integration for booking inquiries

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten a nice, responsive booking website. It’s still not completely finished, but we’re working on the last details. The page speed is very high, as we expected. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome. Moreover, we’ve received three pre-orders, and we’ve increased our backlink profile.

How did DynoPage perform from a project management standpoint?

DynoPage has managed the project efficiently with streamlined processes, clear communication, and fixed-price delivery on time and within budget (less than $5,000). Our primary form of communication has been virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s easy to see how they’ve optimized the process. We’ve almost said no work; we’ve just provided a bit of information, and that’s it. Everything has been developed without much needed assistance from our side.
