Response was excellent, delivery was excellent other than seemingly having some issues solved but moving into the production environment did not show the same results. Eventually it would be corrected but sometimes it took a couple of times to ensure the changes were executed

Had a specific issues with the printing on the checks and getting the columns and rows to be correct. This was a long process that seemed corrected several times but it was not. I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed but there was a slight language barrier but like I said, I'm not sure there was anything that can be done. RF had a major issue with another vendor of MS Business Central who, at that stage presented a failed conversion from Microsoft NAV and implementation to Business Central. It was Netsmartz that came to the fore to greatly assist RF Composites in completing a proficient upgrade to Business Central.
Their expertise in delivering the necessary solutions, has assisted our company to a achieve a fully operational functionality with Business Central 365 ERP.
