The scope in our project covers support and enhancing existing functionality and creation of new features.
In the support area, Dynamica is fixing bugs appearing due to various reasons and updates to the CRM based on changes in our Company.
New features are created when new processes are introduced to our company, especially in the Sales dept. Most of our processes developed have included large Data migrations. Within the latest feature design there is conducted analysis of business needs and user behavior.
Development of customg reports for management using PowerBI. Another important area of focus has been on prevention of duplicates getting created - this is still a work in progress, but many parts have been deployed so far, and are useful for cleaning-up the system.

· Created a new asset for business processes related to a new sales type— seminar events. This includes guest registration and KPI monitoring.

The communication and project management is outstanding. The required features are always delivered on time. Overtime is also worked in between so that project deadlines are met. It is also very important that the team can set priorities and, in the case of urgent parallel developments, can also sensibly postpone ongoing, non-time-critical existing projects.
The extraordinarily professional, independent and objective advice should also be emphasized. The team always points out when our ideas become too expensive or are not in proportion to the success achieved. They always suggest creative alternative solutions that can achieve the same goal. We have appreciated this critical feedback advice enormously over the years because it is not standard with CRM teams.
