KODA Token
The Customer
A UK-based fintech company aiming to innovate into the blockchain world.
The Challenge
This Customer has previously released an inflation resistant cryptocurrency to serve as a foundation for a large number of blockchain projects, but was let down by the initial team and had to look elsewhere for support. The team at DX Software was happy to take ownership of the existing token and build an entire ecosystem on top of it.
The Solution
Our team offered suggestions during the V2 migration of the token and assisted the airdrop process of the new version. Given that KODA is collecting fees on transactions, we have also built a system that would regularly disburse the tokens from fees without disrupting the trading.
As soon as we listed the new token on more than one exchange, we also set up arbitrage bots that would level the coin price between various exchanges along with market making bots to enhance the trading activity by raising the number of daily buys and sells across crypto exchange platforms.
We also created the staking system for KODA and added it to one of our other products, SummitSwap, where KODA serves at the native currency of the platform.
The Result
The new token was adopted and continues to serve a crucial role within its ecosystem, empowering the business and its projects.
Key Features:
- Full audit on the token’s smart contract
- Full audit on the fee manager smart contract
- Liquidity manager system for token fees
- V2 migration assistance
- Token listing on PancakeSwap, Trust Wallet, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko
- Arbitration and market making bots
- Staking system for passive income generation
- Public social media buy trackers for Twitter, Discord and Telegram

World Handicap Index
The Customer
The United States Golf Association (USGA), along with other important golf associations.
The Challenge
The USGA was looking to implement an international system for the golfing world that would unify the way of computing golf handicaps into a single system, both in theory and in the form of an online service that would process live information about millions of golfers worldwide. These users would be able to log into their favourite golfing apps and interact with the handicap system on a daily basis to get an updated handicap at any time.
The Solution
The USGA found a strong technical partner in GolfGenius, which in turn found a strong ally in DX Software. DX Software was assigned to take over the implementation of the core engine of the WHS, an algorithm that was meant to provide millions of golfers worldwide with accurate information about their handicap, based on historical data, while allowing efficient daily updates based on new upcoming data.
The entire concept of WHS had been described in mathematical terms and DX Software underwent its translation into a software module that was targeting both correctness and efficiency. The algorithm of the module was created as a set of backend services and was using a highly optimised and scalable database of billions of scores and millions of users.
Following the successful 2020 release, many improvements and new features were added to the core module to simplify the user interaction, add support for a larger set of scenarios and enhance the performance of the system even more to reduce computational costs.
The Result
The product was launched in January 2020, with millions of users from various golf associations joining within the first few days. Its major success led to great satisfaction in the golf industry and large-scale adoption. As of 18 April 2022 it has been adopted by 119 countries around the globe.

Rasta Beach Club
The Customer
A group passionate about traditional Caribbean culture based in Miami, Florida.
The Challenge
Our Customer was looking to use NFT technology to create an art tribute to the good vibes of the Rastafari culture. Through an unexpected recommendation, they reached out to DX Software and felt safe to leave this project in our hands.
The Solution
DX Software started with a discovery phase and defined a strategy that would fit well together into the marketing plans. The team used the latest NFT techniques to make the gas cheaper and bulk minting more affordable. The website was designed in a way that would put the artwork in a good light and was enhanced with a minting page for people to mint the art pieces.
The Result
Despite being released in the middle of a crypto winter, the collection was launched successfully and got thousands of buyers as of the time of this writing and with preparations on the way to bring the project into the phase.

Camber Internal Tool
The Customer
Camber Partners, a capital investment company from US, California.
The Challenge
Our Customer was looking for someone to take over the maintenance of an existing internal tool from their previous developer. The tool was a web application that internal users of the company utilised to fetch and process relevant information as part of their daily work, thus making their lives much easier.
The Solution
DX Software took responsibility and ownership for the app, and improved it on a regular basis with the necessary updates. As the app was deeply integrated with APIs of other apps, so most of the work required either accessing new API endpoints of data, or updating to the new version of existing API endpoints. In addition, the database was enhanced to accommodate the new migrations without affecting the existing storage, always finding ways to convert old formats into new formats.
The Result
The application continued to provide reliable and useful data to its users with very human interaction needed. As we improved the app, the data shown was capable of giving the users better information to do their work, thus resulting in sales increases and reducing data entry time by many hours each day.

Marketing Software Infrastructure
The Customer
JG Pest Control, a UK-based company that delivers a large range of pest control services across the entire country.
The Challenge
The Customer needed to have its software infrastructure enhanced with a more complex set of marketing tools, allowing them to internally coordinate APIs across various services, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads across hundreds of thousands of keywords and hundreds of campaigns. They explained their intention to DX Software, and our team was quick to act.
The Solution
Within days after the initial discussion, our team quickly gathered all the information they needed and had already created the architecture of an app that would coordinate ad campaigns based on information across multiple of the company’s departments databases. The aim was to create an app on top of a background service that would trigger marketing decisions based on automatically acquired data.
DX Software, therefore, implemented a robust system that automated all the existing search keywords within the marketing campaigns based on an intelligent set of rules. The new infrastructure was deployed on the Customer’s dedicated servers where it has been running unhindered ever since, without needing human interaction. We also continued to provide long term support and maintenance, by adding new features and keeping up with new API versions.
The Result
The system was able to automate in real time a large set of processes and data, adding numerous new customers to the business via marketing, reducing huge costs involving data entry personnel and optimising tens of thousands of dollars every month with the optimised ads strategy. The app continues to be used to this very day.

Ferma ERP Integration
The Customer
A New York flooring manufacturer and distributor providing services around the East Coast.
The Challenge
The Customer was struggling to manually sync thousands of entries between some of their custom internal software and QuickBooks, their accountability software. The process was long, required dedicated personnel and was prone to many costly data insertion errors. After endless struggles to automate the process, they ultimately reached out to DX Software hoping they could pull off an automated integration.
The Solution
Although initially unfamiliar with the Customer’s tools and infrastructure, DX Software quickly diagnosed the situation and found an innovative solution to solve the situation. We decided the sync needed to be often, quick, efficient, with no data loss and no human assistance involved, so we chose an option that was efficient and cost very little in terms of server and database usage. Our app would connect to Quickbooks and sync data based on a concurrency-safe polling-based strategy.
We designed the system and the architecture, implemented the system and ultimately deployed it on the Customer’s machines within a full handover process.
The Result
The accountability became fully automated, therefore reducing personnel cost and increasing customer retention by providing a more reliable sales process. Data was fully synced at all times and all parties involved were now free to focus more on the business, knowing that their entries were safe.

The Customer was Continental, an enterprise German-based automotive company building software and hardware tools for the most popular car brands in the world. DX Software was happy to have been able to assist with the development of a few software tools. Due to our work NDA, the content of the collaboration has to remain confidential.

Tool Permission System
The Customer
An outsourcing software development company based in Germany and Romania.
The Challenge
The Customer’s global IT team was having trouble managing access for their thousands of employees, as they needed to frequently assign or remove specific permissions to specific software tools for each worker based on the project they were assigned to. The manual process was taking ages, so they wanted an enterprise solution that would give them easy management and full control.
The Solution
Our team worked with the Customer’s team and together we drafted an architecture of a tool that could control access to internal company tools such as Github, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira. Managers would be able to change the access of entire teams or departments with just a few clicks. The DX team confidently completed some of the most important connectors, while the Customer’s technical team built the interface.
The Result
Hundreds of hours of permissions management per month was replaced with a few simple clicks. The process was reliable and was providing a clear overview, thus making sure no one gets the wrong access by mistake.

Food Delivery App
The Customer
A luxury Asian restaurant from Romania looking to offer takeaway services.
The Challenge
The Customer was looking to build a takeaway app to be used exclusively within a business centre with tens of thousands of workers. Their app would take onboard the other restaurants in the business centre and work together with local companies by offering various discounts to their employees. DX Software was contacted to assemble a team and start working on the system.
The Solution
DX Software started by identifying the existing infrastructure that consisted of an ERP holding the restaurant stocks and a Wordpress frontend showing the menu. The two of them needed to be connected by a separate app and in addition a mobile needed to be developed for the food ordering system. DX Software implemented the entire system into a reliable and user-friendly product.
The Result
The pandemic and the quarantine from Spring 2020 heavily affected the restaurant business, including our Customer, and the project went out of funds. It would have been a successful project, but not every story has a happy ending.

Delivery Management
The Customer
A UK-based company whose employees deliver jobs all across the country.
The Challenge
The Customer needed a tool to easily assign jobs to their employees. While each job has a fixed location, the employees are always on the move and need to be tracked using their tablet devices. They also need to be assigned the next jobs in an optimal way based on their location, so as to waste as little time as possible. And thanks to our CEO’s past experience in Microsoft’s Bing Maps team, DX Software had exactly the right knowledge to create this system.
The Solution
The DX development team quickly investigated the existing infrastructure, thus noticing that the employees were already using a legacy tablet app for getting jobs from the headquarters, and the headquarters was already using an ERP for handling work and jobs. So the proposed solution was to upgrade the legacy app and create a new module within the ERP that would allow the updated tablet app and the ERP to communicate.
The new module was using Google Maps to regularly fetch the geolocation of the employees and was displaying them live for the operations team at the headquarters to see. Then the operations team was also able to use our app to assign jobs based on proximity. The team at DX worked closely with the Customer’s operations team to make sure they get a pleasant and efficient experience with the newly built application.
The Result
The new system resulted in a much faster and better quality delivery service and gave a better visibility over the entire delivery fleet. It improved the business’s numbers significantly, by having the operations team deliver up to 30% more work within the same time frame, while reducing the delivery time of job performers by almost 20%.

Agreement Management App
The Customer
A UK-based service provider delivering technician services to households.
The Challenge
The Customer is offering a huge range of in-person services to its customers. But before they provide, they need to have the customer sign a custom agreement for the specific service they are requesting. Preparing hundreds of agreements and sending them back and forth on a daily basis wastes a lot of time and resources, so they thought automation of the whole process would suit them well.
The Solution
DX Software entered the scene by making a full audit of the Customer’s existing systems, and decided to integrate their tools and database using Adobe Sign with the goal of turning a complex process into a few clicks. So the team created and deployed a self-serve app that was capable of filling the agreements on its own and sending them via Adobe Sign with minimal human interaction. After the release, we also provided long term maintenance, by adding support for even more agreement formats.
The Result
The agreement automation was launched as an internal application within the Customer’s systems and it has been used by all employees ever since. It reduced the time cost from more than 5 minutes to less than 30 seconds for each agreement. It also removed human error by almost 90%, thus reducing damages and risks done by possible mistakes.

Accounting Solution
The Customer
A UK-based company building enterprise cloud accounting and payroll software solutions for businesses of any size.
The Challenge
The Customer had a great accounting tool and a thriving business, but was facing some concerning growth limitations due to their product usability. In other words, many of their customers who were trying to use the tool for the first time became discouraged because they didn’t get the hang of it. To solve this situation, the education-focused DX Software was called to find a solution.
The Solution
DX Software quickly noticed that although the Customer’s app had a great design, the huge number of options was confusing most of their users. Upon better understanding the business and the use cases, we came to the conclusion that only 15% of the features were actually needed by the more than 70% of the users. As a result we decided to redesign the app in a way that would help the most used features stand out.
Once the redesign was completed, we added an in-built tutorial within the app that would guide users step by step through the basic flow by asking them to perform a set of operations. The tutorial was especially targeted to new users opting for the 30-days free trial.
The Result
Retention rate for users going past the trial period rose by nearly 25%. Heatmaps have also shown an increase in engagement for the current user base, as the tutorial helped people become aware of the existence of features that they didn't know about previously.

Data Entry App
The Customer
A German-based company handling a large suite of automotive projects.
The Challenge
The Customer’s Data Entry team was dealing with large amounts of project-related data that needed to be compiled in different formats. The process involved a manual copy-paste process and took days to complete on a monthly basis, not to mention there was always a high chance of the data being copied incorrectly by mistake. Soon the Data Entry management team decided to automate the process. Due to their good credentials, DX Software was selected to find a resolution. This was our company’s first project since its foundation
The Solution
The team at DX reviewed the Customer’s file formats and identified the general rules of the data’s manipulation. They started by building an MVP that would automate the most common 80% of the file formats and delivered that to the Customer. After getting positive feedback from the users, the Customer decided to automate the other file formats as well, which our team did successfully.
The Result
Dozens of hours of manual copy-paste work was replaced by a very simple tool with a start button. Any employee in the Data Entry team was now able to convert huge amounts of data with a simple click.

Reward Token System
The Customer
A fintech company aiming to build robust reward systems within a very complex ecosystem.
The Challenge
Our Customer was looking to implement a presale landing page for an upcoming cryptocurrency that would join its ecosystem, along with its previously released sister token. Having an already existing design for the website and a tokenomics model of choice, they reached out to us to align theory and practise together and implement both the smart contract ecosystem and presale website.
The Solution
After having built a solid development plan for the upcoming token, we started with the ICO in order to help gather funds for the backing liquidity and the project’s further implementation. We designed a presale page and smart contract that was simple to use. So, people could easily see how much they could buy, at which price, and when their next claim was available.
The next phase of the project was creating the token with its entire infrastructure. Being an inflationary reflection token, our Reward Token was meant to be used as a reward token within a bigger ecosystem, and to support the staking model of its sister token. Our blockchain experts implemented the Reward Token smart contract and the fee manager. We also created a liquidity management system that would disburse existing funds periodically to the right holders.
Ultimately a dedicated buy page for the new token was created, so people could buy directly on the main website without having to find an external exchange. A set of social media bots was also set in place to track buys and raise holder engagement by posting the most exciting transactions on social media.
The Result
The coin was released and while it's free to trade on PancakeSwap like any cryptocurrency, its main utility is that of rewarding users with passive income for using the staking model of the sister token, as well as a means of rewarding the generation of referrals to a list of existing projects.

Human Resource App
The Customer
A German-based outsourcing company offering software development services to enterprise companies all around the world.
The Challenge
The Customer was looking for a team to build and maintain an internal vacation tracking and employee management system and add features that would accommodate new legislation and company policy. DX Software was selected to be one to do the trick.
The Solution
DX Software started by identifying the company policies and the local legal regulation and then came up with an architecture for the new system. We created the application based on a given design and then handed it over to the Customer's IT department for deployment. We continued to work together with stakeholders and app users to make sure everybody is getting a good experience.
The Result
Dozens of hours of secretary work and hours of employee time were no longer wasted. Paper was less needed in the office and many trees were spared. Employees now had an easy way to schedule time off and management had a clear vision of people's availability while being in full compliance with regulations.

Technician Payment
The Customer
A UK-based provider delivering technician services all across the nation.
The Challenge
The Customer is offering a large range of services to its customers, and for each operation payment was needed. They wanted to support both a direct payment option as well as a pay by link option and make the payment process smooth and easy for everybody.
The Solution
DX Software revised all of the Customer’s existing systems, and went on with creating a new payment system that would integrate the current infrastructure with PayPal and PaymentSense, the payment providers of choice. The development was quick and efficient and our team worked closely with the Customer’s accountability team during the testing and the deployment process to make sure everything worked as expected.
More than one year later, the Customer came back to DX requesting to also support Cardnet, the payment provider offered by Lloyds Bank. Our team successfully added the new provider and remains on stand-by for any future work.
The Result
The payment process became simple and human error was almost entirely removed as the new system prevented any possible mistakes. The time spent by the people in the operations team on each payment was massively reduced from more than 3 minutes to less than 1 minute (for the direct payment) or even zero (for the pay by link). The convenience of the payment system also significantly increased new customer adoption.

Master Tracker
The Customer
A Marketing UK-based Company operating in the Blockchain world.
The Challenge
The Customer was the owner and manager of numerous social media communities across Twitter, Discord, Telegram and other platforms. They were looking to create a bot that would track buys and sells for certain tokens and then post automatically about those transactions on the community groups. But as they met DX Software, their idea took an unexpected turn.
The Solution
At the beginning of the collaboration, our team created a bot and set it running on a Telegram community. The bot could be configured with various filters and parameters in order to display the exact information that the community was hoping to see. But as requests came from the same Customer for numerous other bots across multiple projects and platforms, DX Software thought of a better way that would cost the Customer less while at the same time giving them more control on the bot activity.
The proposal was to create what came to be known as the Master Tracker, a cloud based platform where the Customer could login and launch as many bots as they wanted, for any supported platform, and with any desired parameter. This self-serve SaaS application was quickly adopted for numerous communities and then even enhanced with new features so it can be used for other purposes, such as tracking NFT transactions and even other types of on-chain operations.
The Result
The Master Tracker and its numerous Twitter, Telegram and Discord bots gave a massive boost to the community engagement which resulted in a massive increase of up to 70% in adoption. It also offered a much better insight on the activity of each project, offering visibility to both owners and members.

SummitSwap
The Customer
A UK-based fintech company aiming to innovate into the blockchain world.
The Challenge
Our Customer was looking for a reliable team of blockchain developers to implement a new finance platform to host cryptocurrencies in the form of a decentralised exchange (DEX) that will be enhanced with a powerful referral system and multiple easy-to-use tools that people can use to launch their own tokens, presales and NFT collections. Despite the magnitude of the project, DX Software was confident to rise to the challenge.
The Solution
Our team started this project based on a fork of the very popular PancakeSwap codebase, greatly enhancing the swap and liquidity management functionalities and applying a powerful redesign to match our client’s branding. Although the platform allows any cryptocurrency from the Binance Smart Chain to be added to the platform, it also allows certain tokens to be showcased and uses the Customer’s preferred token, Koda Cryptocurrency, as the main coin of the DEX.
The novelty and innovation of our design of SummitSwap relies on its ability to allow referrals from both individuals and teams of hierarchically organised influencers, rewarding each referrer with a small percentage of the referee’s swap fees. It also utilises its own staking algorithm that allows KODA stakers to receive passive income upon locking their liquidity for certain time intervals.
For convenience, SummitSwap also allows people to easily buy cryptocurrency using their credit card and it also has a Cross-Chain section that allows people to swap the coins inside their wallet between different blockchains.
The Result
The system is now up and running hosting its own native coin along with other coins that are listed specifically on this platform to get advantage of the innovative and simple to use features. The work is still ongoing with many cool features waiting to be launched in the near future.
