BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

R1: I’m the CEO of a startup business process outsourcing company.

R2: We’re more a group of companies that provides customer service like email management, financial work, and customer management. People approach us with different types of work, and we sit down with them and analyze their problems and what they actually want from us. We break the tasks down into steps and make it possible.

I’m working on website development and online support systems as a design communication officer. There are 15 people in my group, and more than 400 in the company overall.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Dutytaker?

R2: We try to do whatever the client requires, and we hire people for the more unusual tasks. We discuss with the client which provider can do the work smoothly and effectively and define requirements.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

R2: Dutytaker has assisted us with the domain registration process in our country, and they’ve developed websites for a couple of our clients. We gave them more secure websites onto which they could upload all their information. In the case of one of those clients, we handle most of their back-office work, including managing their website, finance, and customer service department.

How did you come to work with Dutytaker?

R2: I found them to be energetic and dedicated to their work. They work as though it were for their own company, and they finish the job. They work effectively and in a disciplined manner, which is important in any field.

We considered a few other companies, but not seriously, because Dutytaker stood out from competitors in our country by focusing on getting the job done first and foremost.

What is the status of this engagement?

R2: We started working with Dutytaker in January 2019, and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

R2: Our customers don’t share details about their success with us. Dutytaker has worked with us for a big company in Bangladesh, and they had a very good impact on the business. The client told us the collaboration was good, and that it was very nice working with Dutytaker.

How did Dutytaker perform from a project management standpoint?

R2: I think this is the best part about them. They set and follow deadlines, even when there’s time pressure. They work as a team, and they communicate with each other when they have problems. Everything’s gone smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

R2: They’re very good at meeting deadlines, and they’ve had an almost 100% success rate on the work they’ve done for us so far. They’re also very helpful whenever we need to make a change.

Are there any areas they could improve?

R2: They’ve made improvements whenever they was necessary.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

R2: I wish any clients the best of luck, and I’m confident they’ll have the very best of results. I’ve worked with Dutytaker, and they’re good at meeting deadlines and delivering fully effective results.
