DUTCH PICTURE INDUSTRY is an award winning, internationally orientated media production company based in Amsterdam. 

Our creative team provides a full service offer, including all online technology, concept development and video production. Through an optimal balance between message and entertainment, we know how to captivate our audience. We make animation, documentary, branded content, commercial.

Our broad experience in communication gives us the optimum ability to transcribe each creative idea, in a versatile manner, to a visual concept. With a large international network of professionals and strong feeling for quality and style we help to bring your message across to an international audience for all platforms. While we create inspiring content we keep the impact on the environment to a minimum.


Next, to our own projects, we do commercial work for international clients as Compass light in the USA and Global Trade Media in the UK on a regular basis. We know the field and have highly skilled and experienced set of cinematographers and sound technicians in our network. All have a lot of international experience.

DUTCH PICTURE INDUSTRY was asked to develop a proposition to enhance the internal communication between Achmea International companies in the different countries through video and social media.
Achmea International is active in 9 countries; with all their own brands and visual designs. But a common Achmea feeling wasn’t there. DUTCH PICTURE INDUSTRY was asked to set up a content strategy to enhance the common feeling and

interaction between staff members of Achmea International. To make a change in the situation we need to know what the current situation is.

Open work society
Our content strategy aimed to create a work climate in which people feel save to share their personal point of view, to share things that see as constraints, feel open to pin point current obstacles in their work.

Fun factor
We believe that to become involved there needs to be a fun factor. The Achmea staffs needs to get something out of this to make this to a success. 

The goal of Achmea International was to:

- enhance the connection between the staff of different Achmea International companies
- get an understanding of what people at Achmea International are working on
- create a common feeling of belonging to Achmea International
- emphasise the human aspect of the work. Where is the added value
- create collaboration between companies

With three films we have supported to reach these internal goals.


Mister Miles in Dakar


With our storytelling gift, we gave our client a unique chance to get the maximum exposure out of the ‘off the road’ event of the year. We deliver high-quality media production on site.



For our client we created a strong, story built campaign.3 video’s video marketing.

With a well-defined target group we are able to create spectacular branded video

content. The race has a strong international and local fan base. We describe the target group as male, 25-65 years old. With interests lying in: motorbikes, cars, trucks, engineering, innovation and racing.
During the dusty off the road competition, 16 days of hardship and companionship - there are enough possibilities for engaging storytelling to get the attention of the target group.

Filming during the most dangerous rally of the world is happening, that our team is made for. Working 20 hours a day, driving off the track and overcoming, setbacks created unexpected and beautiful film moments. With great results in post production.

We created in collaboration with our client a set of concepts. With the art-direction and communication specialists, we set out a tone of voice and style for the films.

The Good Family


For the Good Family we developed a film that explains what their business proposition is to commercial businesses. The Good Family is a Dutch NGO that propose busy family tips and tricks to have a positive impact on your personal wellbeing and the planet we live in.

They offer businesses to get to know their critical audience better. In a collaborative approach, they make the products better, more

sustainable. Ideally, in the end, the product is co-created and promoted by peers of the targeted audience.
