Please describe your company and your position there.

Josephine Lounge is a restaurant, lounge and nightclub. We are one of the longest standing venues in the Atlanta metropolitan area. We specialize in food, beverages, music and the overall entertainment experience. I am a manager here that oversees the operations and administrative duties.

For what projects/services did your company hire DuoDynamiks, and what were your goals?

We hired DupoDynamiks to handle all of our marketing. We wanted to clean up our image, align our brand messaging with our values, and renovate our digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our selection was based on a personal reference. DuoDynamiks went through an interview process and we first tested the company with small tasks before slowly integrating all of our marketing platforms.

DuoDynamiks handles all of our marketing platforms, including all social media, all campaign marketing (text and email, Eventbrite, etc.), SEO, PPC, and is project manager to developing our latest software, including our website with a custom-built reservation system and an ongoing project to build our own POS system. DuoDynamiks delivers anything asked of them, including data analytics, spreadsheet systems that we use for pricing and valuation, inventory, payroll, and more.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager and marketing strategist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All deliverables for our email campaigns increased, including open rate and CTR. All of our PPC campaigns increased in conversion rate and decreased in cost per impression. We were able to specifically drop food costs and eliminate nonprofitable menu items. Our conversion rate on our website increased dramatically.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great communication and effective workflow. DuoDynamiks was able to manage multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner. If any obstacles occurred, communication was immediate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company makes their work personal, and makes sure they complete the job with care and precision. They invest in the quality of the work because they obviously and genuinely care about the success of your business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think with the amount of work we gave them, they did a great job in managing it all. In the beginning, they integrated the projects slowly, but they assured us it was their process to make sure each platform was cleaned thoroughly in order to rebrand.
