We hired DTC for developing our website and e-commerce.

They are just excellent! We were provided a very technical and great service at a very competitive rate.

The project was handled using agile methodology. We had a kick off meeting were we were asked to define the desired output, and then we received advances every day and meet on a weekly basis to request changes. The project was delivered when all our requests were a achieved

We worked with a Project Manager, a developer, a graphic designer and an administrative resource

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are a totally new Law Firm so we are just positioning our brand in the market, the solution provided by DTC is a very important component of our positioning strategy and is delivering very good results so far.

The project was managed under agile methodoly, the requests for information were submitted on easy to use formats and we were able to request changes on other open methods like phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, they were all well received. The project was received according to the timeline originally stated in the project plan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Traditionally, in Ecuador, legal services are not available online so we needed to hire a company with valuable experience in E-Commerce because our goal was to launch a very innovative service in a Market that is not used to have this kind of services available online.

I am the CEO of Tecnolite, a lighting products retail company.

What challenges were you trying to address with DTC Digital Transformation?

We were looking to develop a digital strategy for our company, create websites, and get our brand into social media, position our site with SEO practices, and everything related to digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided digital marketing services. The team used Zoho to manage our social media calendar and to visualize performance reports.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people from their team.

How did you come to work with DTC Digital Transformation?

We evaluated different companies, I knew DTC’s CEO from before so they were among our options and eventually, they seemed like the best choice for us, as they offer a personalized and customer-oriented approach.

How much have you invested in them?

It has changed month to month but it’s been an average of about 1,000 USD per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in February 2020, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have been able to position our website in search engines and have reached an important lead conversion rate with some of the campaigns we had, about 20% of our leads turned into sales.

How did DTC Digital Transformation perform from a project management standpoint?

We had weekly reports and follow up meetings once a month; this has all worked well even with the current situation of the pandemic. We’ve had a good follow up on the project remotely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism stands out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re a young company so they are in a constant improvement of their processes, as they get new and more diverse clients, I guess they will achieve a greater refinement on their processes.
