I am the director of Babel Creative, a copywriting and creative content agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with DSR Branding?

I was looking to create a brand identity, business cards, and a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built a brand identity, including our logo and typeface. They designed the website from scratch and provided the content, except for the copywriting on the website, which I did myself.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Dan (Founder & Brand Strategist), Reuben (Lead Designer), and a developer.

How did you come to work with DSR Branding?

We collaborated previously on a couple of small projects. I was impressed by their work and the way they interacted with clients.

How much have you invested with them?

AUD$7,000 (approximately $5,400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019, and we wrapped up in June 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have had a lot of extremely positive feedback. The brand design was innovative and has won several awards. I described exactly what I was looking for and was happy that they delivered something that stuck to the brief.

How did DSR Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

They did quite well. I appreciated that I interacted with the same people throughout the engagement. I also liked that we always had access to key decision-makers. They’re timely and have good communication. We spoke via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re innovative, disciplined, and highly effective. The working relationship was easy and functional. I loved the deliverables the first time I looked at them. They really paid attention to what I wanted regarding look and feel.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give as much information as possible regarding who you are, what you do, and where you want to take your brand. That gives them the tools to tailor their work to best fit your needs.

Adopted all brands without revisions. Really loved their work. Has helped us win new clients.

Very straight forward clear communication. The workflow involved workshops and branding design sessions.

We were amazed by their professionalism and the quality of the overall design we got at the end of the process.

I’ve known Dan for a long time and have always been incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I knew DSR would handle this project exceptionally well.

From fleshing out a brand strategy, to helping out with our designs, labels and go to market strategy. We had multiple sessions ranging from SWOT analysis, to brand discovery and working one on one with their design team to create a brand that resonates with the product we are selling.
