I’m the owner of Texas Sumo Game Rental. We’re an interactive game rental company in Dallas.

What challenge were you trying to address with DSC Web Services, Inc?

We’d been using the same website for probably 15 years; it was slow and outdated. We wanted to rebuild the platform and create an SEO strategy. Our team was relying on repeat customers, which meant we were behind.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, DSC Web Services, Inc developed a new WordPress website. Following our requirements, they created the design to ensure the platform was user and mobile-friendly. We provided pictures, which their team integrated into the site.

Since completing the website, DSC Web Services, Inc has directed our SEO efforts. They create content to publish on our website, integrating keywords to improve our search ranking. For search results, there are certain items we want to be popular in, which their team focuses on. They also manage our social media accounts including Facebook. Each month, they generate a report to assess their strategy.

We started collaborating on SEO efforts in July 2019, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

DSC Web Services, Inc turned our digital presence around. They know what we want: to remain in one of the top three positions on the first page for specific searches. We’re experiencing positive results from their SEO strategy, increasing our search ranking on Google.

How did DSC Services, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

DSC Web Services, Inc provides good customer service. We communicate by e-mail mostly. We'll call one another if there’s a complicated conversation to have. In case of a business emergency, I have Doug’s cell number and he has mine. Their team doesn’t hesitate to reach out if they don’t understand a project. DSC Web Services, Inc always responds.
