Please describe your company and your position there.

Marbud is a house-building company that’s built approximately 10,000 apartments since 2002. I'm responsible for acquiring customers through the website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Drupal Ninja?

We needed help optimizing several web pages for SEO to sell as many apartments as we can before the building is finished.

What were your goals for this project?

We’re building apartments for sale or as investment properties. We wanted to collect as many leads as we can to sell to customers or investors.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by one of the companies that sells us building materials. We had a couple of meetings and decided they were the best solution.

Drupal Ninja does keyword research and on-site optimization. They also developed a PPC campaign.

What was the team composition?

We only work with Lukasz (Freelancer, Drupal Ninja).

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

In three projects that Drupal Ninja worked on, we sold about 70% of the apartments before construction ended. Those are very good results. Drupal Ninja gives us exactly what we need. 

How did the Drupal Ninja perform from a project management standpoint?

Lukasz is a great leader and also a great listener. We had a couple of meetings at the beginning of the project. Now we communicate via email and phone calls.

What impresses you about Drupal Ninja?

Lukasz is quite knowledgeable about SEO. He really wants to know about our business. He asks many questions about how we run our company and how we sell apartments.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Drupal Ninja has a lot of clients, so we had to wait for Lukasz to finish working for other companies. That resulted in a 1–2-week delay at the beginning of the project.

We wanted to see improvements in our click-through rate, conversion rate, and monthly user count.

How did you select this vendor?

We received their contact information from one of our own clients, who had worked with them previously. After a couple of calls, we decided to stick with them.

We started with a functional website that had poor click-through rates and low user conversions. Drupal Ninja made many changes to our site, in coding, descriptions, and texts. They ran SEO tests and suggested solutions that matched both our requirements and Google recommendations.

What was the team composition?

From the beginning, we cooperated only with Lukasz (SEO and SEM Expert, Drupal Ninja).

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We saw user growth from 30,000 per month to 260,000 per month in four months following Drupal Ninja’s optimization. Our click-through rate and conversions also grew in that time.

How did the Drupal Ninja perform from a project management standpoint?

We called them a couple of times on Skype and exchanged hundreds of emails. Lukasz was always accessible and responded very quickly to our problems.

What impresses you about the Drupal Ninja?

Their work ethic and knowledge of Google guidelines stood out. Lukasz brought impressive SEO skills.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can't think of anything.
