Donux is basically uplifting ithe UI of BLUE.AI available platform. The uplift consists of a new rebranding of the platform A to Z. From branding development to guidelines to standardization and product redesign, Donux is empowering BLUE.AI's image through a modern look and feel on top of the platform to be more in sync with current market expectations. 
Furtheremore Donux is helping BLUE.AI in introducing new features with all the UI/UX needed while basing everything on the new branding proposed and guided by Donux.
Finally, we keep asking Donux for additional help in marketing related materials and assets here and there.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Donux and BLUE.AI agreed on a timeline of deliverables.
When we shared our expectations, it turned out to be really close to theirs and thus helped building this confident and transparent communication process.
We use Productive to keep track of the projects' updates in terms of tasks while Donux keeps an open communication channel through Slack and are available any time.
Delivered designs are through Figma where we share our comments and pending clarifications in order to consolidate Donux's proposals and move on with the project as flexibly and efficiently as possible.
Furtheremore we do weekly alignments to make sure we are on track in all matters and weekly expectations.

Donux delivered the prototype on the established deadlines and managed the project in a diligent and professional manner. they came well prepared in every weekly progress meeting and managed the process extremelly well.

In my long experience working with suppliers it is rare to find a partner that is so dilligent. They have prepared the stage to our project in a way that led to a smooth and frictionless experience. The high professional competence of their team is impressive. I couldn't recommend donux more and we will definitely keep on working with them in the future.

• Creating flows and prototypes For each platform, flows and prototypes have been developed that outline the structure, navigation and user interactions with the interface. This phase included creating wireframes, defining user stories and designing high fidelity mockups to visualize the layout and organization of information. 
• UX/UI Design User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design was done for each platform, taking into consideration user needs and preferences, industry best practices and accessibility guidelines . The design process included the choice of colors, fonts, icons and graphic elements to ensure an intuitive, consistent and enjoyable user experience. 
• Integration with Design System The platforms have been integrated with an existing Design System, which provides a set of components, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency and consistency across platforms and applications. 
• Integration with the Design System facilitated collaboration between the design and development teams and helped maintain visual and functional consistency throughout the project. 
• User Testing During the User Testing phase, the prototypes of the platforms were shared with a group of target users to collect feedback and identify any problems or areas for improvement. The testing process included interviews with users, usability tests, and analysis of interaction metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the design and make the necessary changes.

Donux has been following us for years as an external UX team. With them we designed our entire application (mobile, tablet and desktop) and also our website. All the projects were based on a Design System created specifically for our brand.

I knew the talent of the founders Giuseppe and Giustino so when they founded the company I didn't hesitate to hire them. I haven't regretted it, I'm really satisfied.

For each new feature, Donux carefully analyzes the needs we have collected from our customers and the functional specifications. Based on this, an iterative process is started up to designing a simple and effective user experience. Thanks to the use of pre-established components in the design system, design times are drastically reduced compared to the past.

We have worked since the beginning of Donux with the 2 founders but in the following years new collaborators have also taken over who always keep the quality level high.

You can view the website www.fluida.io and activate a trial of the application. Everything you see was designed by Donux. If you notice some small defects, it could be due to the difference that can sometimes emerge between what was designed and what the development team was able to implement.

What I appreciate most about Donux is the precision, order and respect with which the activities are followed.

The team is made up of capable people, with experience in large scale-up SaaS companies. They are reliable

Their hourly rate is not that low, but they are very efficient so in the end the cost is sustainable. On the activity of collecting and interpreting quantitative data to analyze user behavior their level of experience is not yet complete, but it is growing.
