I didn’t choose the best domain name for this site, so building it up has taken a bit more time than I expected. Functionality-, content-, and quality-wise however, it’s the same as the first, so I expect to see similar results.

We managed the project via regular Skype meetings with the manager and group calls or chats with developers. An hourly worksheet tracked all activities, while GitHub served to track tasks and bugs. Even though we had a time zone difference, they would stay in the office late if we needed to meet outside their normal hours.
