We specialize in SEO tactics/campaigns and Dolenar specializes in PPC and paid media advertising. Our goals with Dolenar Digital are to offer reliable, profitable PPC campaigns for our clients, since that is a major part of a well-rounded marketing campaign online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Zach and I met in one of our business groups online and the relationship just made sense. He's an expert in his field and he's extremely easy to work with. He keeps his prices fair and delivers great results.

Typically when we have a lead that needs a very well thought out campaign, we'll add PPC into the mix and I'll have Zach take a look at the project to provide a quote. From there, if the job is sold, he's pretty self-sufficient. Takes good care of the accounts and communicates results with us/the client as needed. It's an incredibly simple and pretty hands-off transaction.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Zach has a few people on his team but most communications are done through him directly. He's the CEO of the company and he's very well integrated with the process.

The management style is very communicative, and laid back. We often communicate through Slack for our campaigns. Zach is incredibly quick to respond and provide feedback and updates when we need it.

We vetted Dolenar Digital against another agency but what it really came down to was cost and expertise. The other agency was cheaper but really lacked the knowledge on what we were looking to do. Dolenar Digital had far more expertise in local reputation management with also a massive background in social media.

The project is honestly quite simple in theory. Overall we provide them the imagery and they formulate the posts with our creative, then also outreach to local community groups with our posts, while also managing our messages and comments we receive. The channels they work on are Facebook and Instagram.

I work directly with their social media team which consists of two members, however I feel I have worked with at least each member of the team once.
