We wanted to create awareness about our services to help our sales and lead generation effort, video was the ideal solution to educate our potential customers, on our new services the EMS Wireless which an Advanced last generation wireless EMS system will allow you to simultaneously activate over 350 muscles in just 20 minutes.

Doleep Studios were offering video production solution that did fit our requirement, but we have discovered that they do the video production and the video marketing as well through their SELL Mour product which help us with our lead generation effort.

they helped us with Video production and professional photography, then with a full system of content distribution on social media and video marketing to generate leads for our sales team.

Video production team, Social media team, Director of the account and I think another account manager, not really sure how many people were working on our marketing.

We are generating great content—mainly videos and social media ads—that helps us generate leads consistently. it also made our sales team mission far easier with sales and customer question

the process is very easy mostly, we have our content sent by email were we can review it and rate, then then amend it if required then it is approved to be shared with our social media channels, I would like to say that we didn't work like this before and it was quite refreshing to see this way of communication because it made our life so much easier especially with the amount of content that we were producing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

the system of getting the video content and rating it, and the lead generation part was very sophisticated and had great impact on our sales

Are there any areas for improvement?

yes, sometime the amends on our videos took too long, and in the beginning we were overwhelmed with information that were shared and required from their team, I think the orientation process should be more detailed with more videos maybe to further explain the process especially when you have a sales team or new members of the team that they didn't attend the original orientation we got a bit confused on how to work with their system and how to adjust accordingly

After selecting the Vendor "Doleep Studios" we did work together to develop our film, the process was new to me but the team handled very well, so first stage was mainly writing and getting our concept right, then the production which was in Dubai, then the team delivered us a draft that we did work together to finalize, the process took almost a year to finish, which was per our project timeline.

our goal was to show Emaar competencies in properties, shopping malls & retail and hospitality & leisure sectors, and in business meetings in UAE and outside of UAE, we got the desired impact from our partners when shared our materials and ultimately moving our business unite and our brand forward, which what we wanted from the video.

Great and smooth experience overall, meeting our demands for over a year which was the project duration, then more.

the business processes and the video experience, it was really extraordinary, Doleep Studios' laser focus on video production services is a rare experience among vendors in that field.

Doleep Studios Online video delivery system was sometimes slow to use, there is a room to improve in this department.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Doleep Studios seemed to have the necessary experience and technical abilities to execute an event on this scale and when we met with them they showed us step by step how they will deliver, the other companies didn't present us with any solutions that came to their level of executing things, and we were sure that they are the right vendor for us

We started by seeking a vendor with a very specific set of skills and that was easy as they met our requirements, then we have met with the vendor and Doleep Studios delivered a wonderful concept that we liked immediately.

We then started executing this concept and we have booked an excellent host for this event that really elevated the entire experience

The steps of creating the event was a straight forward process as we have worked with many vendors before, I would say that Doleep Studios really delivered on the last minute changes rather well, we were surprised that they managed to fit a major change on the event in the last minute.

We measured our success with 2 metrics our internal survey about the corporate event which we got positive feedback from the majority of our share holders and employees. Second we have shattered the recorded of our live viewership numbers for this event

We have executed the project during the Pandemic there were a lot of government imposed health and safety measures that was a real threat to the success of the event but in every step the team adapted and delivered

The knowledge of the team and the project managers were extraordinary.

I would say the team needed more time or better time management especially at the final stages of the project but in the end the delivery exceeded our expectations.
