We used Dokoo to present at our INTL Sales Summit in May. Running a LinkedIn workshop/drop in clinic throughout the day and gave guidance on best practice. Andy was able to deliver expert social media advice which kept in line with our company values and polices, all tailored to our specific needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had engaged with our team after the event in an online survey. In which all agreed that the content, structure and deliverance of the social media piece was beneficial. We had 10/10 feedback from all employees who continue to strive in social selling.

There were no issues. Communication and scheduling met all expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Andy is a joy to work with, he's very relatable and his knowledge of social selling and LinkedIn was invaluable to our sales team.

The main goal of the project was to continue and to increase our social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and to ensure that the internal team had a solid platform to work from in the absence of a sales and marketing manager.

Dokoo Digital did amazingly well. We hit a cost per player of £65 (approximately $80 USD), which is half of the industry average.

Since we've started working with Dokoo, our digital presence and brand awareness have greatly improved. We’re still early in the rollout, but we've had several new high-quality inquiries come through our social media channels.

Our goals were to improve our staff’s understanding of LinkedIn and ensure that each individual’s profile met an improved baseline. We also needed to make sure that the use of our corporate company page aligned with our strategy for using LinkedIn.

We contacted a couple of local companies that were well-renowned for delivering excellent LinkedIn workshops. Based on online reviews and word-of-mouth, we narrowed our consideration to two candidates, including Dokoo Digital. Dokoo Digital led a four-hour workshop that started with gathering insights into how we all used LinkedIn, what our impressions of the platform were, and what we wanted to get out of it. Collectively, they helped us define our LinkedIn strategy in a way that aligned with our overall corporate objectives.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The workshop helped prompt us to devise a strategy going forward and develop an action list of things we each needed to do to capitalize on their advice. Within a week of the course, I had secured a meeting at a conference based on a post that I had shared on a targeted LinkedIn group page. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? 

Their workflow was very effective. Andy amended his initial proposal based on some feedback we had provided, which gave us the confidence to select Dokoo Digital as our supplier; it was clear that he was committed to meeting our objectives rather than just delivering an out-of-the-box workshop. In summary, we both listened to each other’s comments. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

I was impressed by Andy’s sheer knowledge of the platform; he helped us realize how the best way to actually use LinkedIn could often defy our perceptions. Without this knowledge, we would’ve found ourselves wasting valuable time. Dokoo Digital showed us how to spend less time on LinkedIn while improving our outcomes based on defined strategic objectives.

I initially came across Dokoo Digital on LinkedIn. Andy (Managing Director, Dokoo Digital) and the company had worked for some impressive brands, so I was happy to invest in their training.

After I selected Dokoo Digital, Andy audited my LinkedIn pages in preparation for the training. The training itself was beneficial, and there were quite a few takeaways that will improve what we’re currently doing. Post-training, Andy has maintained engagement with our group and ensured associated materials were shared with all attendees.

It’s too early to measure tangible outcomes. However, we’ve made several changes to our approach to LinkedIn regarding the content we post and how and when we post it. We’re planning to move to video content soon to increase brand awareness.

Our CEO had worked with Andy in the past and knew that his knowledge and expertise in this field would really help with this particular project.

I initially worked with Andy to identify key customer groups and demographics. Using this information, we identified key channels which could be used to target each customer group. We then came up with different types of content which could be used to engage each customer group and developed a plan for scheduling in terms of frequency on each platform.

I worked alongside Andy for several months, using his knowledge and feedback to guide my team. I met with Andy once a week to discuss progress.
