Digital Recruitment Project

We worked with Deloitte, London  to help recruit for various software developer roles via social media marketing. 

Overall a 6 month period we worked with acclaimed design stuido Acne to create a series of videos that targetted software developers. Dokoo used these videos on Google Ads, LinkedIn, instagram and Facebook to engage with our desired target market. 

The campiagn was live from July - September 2019 and

we were able to get 497 applicatons for these roles. This was over 300% more applications than through tradtional methods and saved a lot of money too.

We hired Dokoo Digital to help with our social media strategy across multiple channels.

What were your goals for this project?

To engage with new and existing customers across existing social media channels as well as launching a new instagram account to engage with our student based customer group.

Our CEO had worked with Andy in the past and knew that his knowledge and expertise in this field would really help with this particular project.

I initially worked with Andy to identify key customer groups and demographics. Using this information, we identified key channels which could be used to target each customer group. We then came up with different types of content which could be used to engage each customer group and developed a plan for scheduling in terms of frequency on each platform.

What was the team composition?

I worked alongside Andy for several months, using his knowledge and feedback to guide my team. I met with Andy once a week to discuss progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched a new Instagram account and increased engagement across multiple existing channels.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I met with Andy at least once a week initially and rolled this back to once a month as the project developed with weekly calls in between. Andy was always available if I had any questions or needed further guidance.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and were very accommodating in arranging meetings and phone calls.
