Dog & Pony Markrting Agency has helped us redesign our website. We initially went through a discovery process; they interviewed us to gather our requirements and provided the documentation and proposals. The website includes many design elements, but they haven’t created other collaterals. For our marketing, they did some paid advertising and email marketing in the beginning. There came up with the copy for the content and website and managed our Google Ads. However, we halted those efforts because it was expensive for us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We started from a low baseline, but since we engaged with Dog 7 Pony, we hit the ground running. We’ve seen improvements in our website; from a monthly and quarterly basis, we went from 70 to over 400 visitors. We’ve also seen a great number of impressions, which have increased from 15,000 in Q1 2022 to 200,000 in Q3 2022. Finally, another area we look at is our Google My Business account. We’ve seen a 110% improvement from October 2021–October 2022.

Since we got the website up and running, Dog & Pony has done an excellent job communicating what they plan to do every month. Also, they haven’t shifted the budget at all. We primarily use Asana for project management. Outside of Asana, we use Google Workspace documents and emails.
