PARQUETEAM is the leading luxury brand for flooring and coverings, offering quality collections of natural exclusive products for indoor and outdoor spaces. I'm the Marketing Manager of the company

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Dofinity, and what were your goals?

We set up a website for the company, for the first time since its establishment. We hired Dofinity services for the web development. Since ParqueTeam is a leading luxury boutique, our target audiences expect nothing but the best, so our main goal was to maintain unconventional branding and to create a unique UX experience, using a platform (wordpress) that can accommodate our graphic materials.

Honestly, After many years in the industry, I have learned to know and identify which vendors I want to keep close by my side for each need. We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there the team delivered a detailed work Gantt with exact schedules for each section, with reference to feedback from all relevant parties involved in the project. After a few weeks their team developed a WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's brand and messages.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw increase in architects traffic to the web and also got more leads than before. Our customers love the updated design and UX, and now they have a better understanding of the bigger picture of our products.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Figma and AirTable to communicate and coordinate. They worked well with all our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Each detail is important. They gave us a professional site, easy to update, guidance and support including assisting us with updating the content, without compromising on anything along the way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My experience is completely positive, can't think of anything I would like to improve.
