I am the owner of Secure Vision, a new mobile optical dispensing service on Vancouver Island.

We wanted to make our website more user-friendly, informative, and educational. Our company hired Doctor Multimedia for web design, management, and content creation services. 

What were your goals for this project?

My goal for this engagement was to develop better visibility on the internet, grow my customer base, and ultimately become a major player in Vancouver.

I saw the team’s incredible presentation at Vision Expo in Las Vegas and signed up at their booth.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Doctor Multimedia completely redesigned our website. After they examined the current version and listened to my requirements and sales goals, they modified the entire platform accordingly. 

On a weekly basis, they develop educational materials for our Facebook page. The content they create fits my company’s image, mission, and role in our community perfectly. At this time, they continue to manage and update our platform. 

What was the team composition?

Several energetic consultants from the team are available for us at any time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Facebook posts Doctor Multimedia create will regularly get more than 500 hits per post.

As a result of six months of their work, our customer base has grown significantly. Sponsorship for my chosen charity has also increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Doctor Multimedia’s teammates respond immediately to all of my phone calls and email requests. They maintain an ongoing level of responsive communication with us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’ve been consistently impressed by Doctor Multimedia’s quick response rates, discussion materials, and awareness of the market sector.

No, I am completely happy with Doctor Multimedia.

I am a chiropractor with my own clinic, Active Chiropractic and Wellness, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are a multi-disciplinary practice offering chiropractic services, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic medicine.

We hired Doctor Multimedia to redesign our website, improve our SEO, and manage our social media.

What were your goals for this project?

In addition to a sleek, modern, and user-friendly website, I also wanted to explore expanding SEO features and social media postings.

How did you select this vendor?

Doctor Multimedia approached me. The decision to switch from my previous company ultimately rested on several factors, such as cost efficiency; fast, responsive customer service; and assurance that there would be no site downtime during the process.

Doctor Multimedia also offered additional benefits, including site and content ownership without a contract; a variety of customizable, functional, and mobile-friendly designs that could be changed on request; and resources for posting to social media.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed and developed my website and assumed responsibility for my online marketing needs. To assist with the process, they conducted an initial website survey and afforded me an opportunity to clarify my design interests and preferences with a specialist.

Within 10 days of hiring Doctor Multimedia, they sent me a first draft, after which I had ample time to review, provide feedback for adjustments, or make suggestions for adding or creating content. They also crafted simple instructions for making Facebook posts on my behalf and generally streamlining my business page.  

What was the team composition?

I have worked with about five different people from Doctor Multimedia, beginning with a customer service rep during the initial set-up process and followed by individuals from the design, social media, and IT departments.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our patients love the look of the new site and find it easy to navigate. The social media postings free up some of my time during the week and the content has been great.  

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management has been exceptionally organized. All aspects of this project, from switching from the previous provider and linking social media sites to completing edits and updates and the final launch, were executed smoothly and on time with no unexpected delays. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Not only was the new website launched within a very reasonable timeframe, but the customer service didn’t end when the platform went live. I continue to have 24/7-access to an excellent team that receives and completes any edits or suggestions quickly. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little that needs improvement. I have had no concerns or complaints regarding any interaction with any team member.

We first made contact with Doctor Multimedia at a trade show earlier this year. I was impressed with what they had to offer compared to our previous web company. Price was also a big factor in our decision.

Our tech person is working on our website going live. We loved the site they created for us.

The workflow between our teams was efficient.

Their illustrations were impressive. Their team looked up our small town and designed a site based on what we wanted it to look like.

Nothing so far.

Our previous website was outdated, so Doctor Multimedia designed a new website that was viewable on both desktop and mobile devices.

What were your goals for this project?

Because we’re not located in a visible area, we needed to help our potential clients find our clinic. To do that, our goal was to build an online presence to further engage with our clients.

We met with a representative from Doctor Multimedia at a veterinary conference and were impressed with what they had to offer.

Now, new clients regularly find us through our website, and we’ve received positive feedback about our site from visitors.

Their workflow is excellent. They are easy to contact, and we generally get an immediate response to any inquiry we might have. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re a great company to work with, and we’ve found their service to be outstanding. The owner himself responds to our messages, even during holidays.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be better communication amongst the staff about our preferences on pictures and themes when updating the website.
