I am the commercial director of an agricultural manufacturing company. We primarily process mustard seeds and linseeds and produce mustard powder and linseed oil, among other related products.
For what projects/services did your company hire DL Agency LLC?
We hoped to expand our market to include Asia, North America, and elsewhere in Europe. To do so, we engaged DL Agency LLC to develop and launch a new corporate website.
What were your goals for this project?
We hoped to increase our company’s market standing.
How did you select this vendor?
Our company participates in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s promotional programs for small- and medium-sized businesses. We learned of DL Agency LLC through that program.

They designed, developed, set up, and launched a new website for our company. DL Agency LLC started with a review of our competitors’ websites before working to identify our target audience and draw up a project plan that would allow us to reach our objectives. After we approved the proposed workflows and wireframes, DL Agency LLC worked in two-week development sprints.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a project manager about nine other people.

Our finished website allowed us to present our company at an international exhibition, which enabled us to attract new clients and establish a relationship with them.

We never had to worry about technical aspects being lost in translation because we had direct access to both the project manager and the rest of the development team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I don’t have any suggestions for areas of improvement. However, I would recommend that future clients take the time to outline as many requirements as they can before starting the brainstorming session.
