Car retrieval time: 15 minutes down to under 4 minutes average. Customer complaints dropped 83%. Revenue up 31% - we can handle way more cars per night now. Damage disputes basically eliminated with photo evidence. Our valets are happier too - less stress, better tips because customers aren't angry.
