The scope includes proactive monitoring and maintenance of computers, servers, and cloud systems, responsive help desk support for staff, cybersecurity protection across email, endpoints, and user accounts, regular patching and updates, backup and recovery management, and ongoing guidance to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

What stood out most about DistribuCloud was how proactive and hands-on they are. They don’t just wait for things to break, they spot issues early, fix them properly, and explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense.
Are there any areas for improvement or something DistribuCloud Technology Services could have done differently?
There’s very little to point to. If anything, getting introduced to some of the longer-term improvement ideas a bit earlier would have helped with planning, but even that came naturally as the relationship developed. Overall, the experience has been smooth, responsive, and exactly what we were hoping for.
