BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the supervisor of a landscaping business. Our business provides road repairs, landscaping, cleaning, and emergency maintenance services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Diskriter?

We were looking to establish a digital presence. We needed to build a well-planned website that could act as a landing page, with digital marketing, in order to promote our business and services, and also to acquire new customers

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Diskriter updated our original site 2-3 years ago using PHP and HTML5, as well as updated our social handles.

After some competitive analysis, key word research, and some questions for myself and other team members, they created a few mockups for the product itself, then went into creating the entire site.

Their team ran a Facebook campaign for us, and I got a sizable number of leads from this campaign. Diskriter also promoted us on LinkedIn, and they set up and take care of our Google AdWords campaign. We have since seen an improvement in our ROI due to this. They are currently working on our email marketing and provide us with weekly reporting, which we have found to be very helpful.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have been getting inquiries from the Facebook and email marketing campaigns and through the contact portion on our site. The Google AdWords campaign that Diskriter set up for us has really improved our ROI.

How did Diskriter perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management team has been very cooperative, and we primarily communicate through email. They provided me with updated mockups of the site 3 or 4 times. As this was a 2-month project, we only needed to correspond with each other 6 or 7 times. Within 2 months, they were able to complete the project, including the marketing activity for which they also do the weekly reporting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Diskriter is a 70-year-old company, and they are very dedicated to their work and their client’s acquisitions as well. We are very happy with their work and price point, and will gladly recommend them to others looking for digital services.

No. Diskriter is very professional, and we are happy with them.
