I hired Antma IT to help us, through their software development services, better manage our internal resources.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In early 2020 I attended a series of training sessions hosted by Antma IT. Listening to the trainers I noticed that they are very experienced people not only in project management but also in software delivery.

A few months after the trainings, I contacted Antma IT to verify that it was the right service provider for my needs. The factor which made me choose this company was, above all, its professional and individual approach to the project I wanted to carry out, as well as its high level of communication.

The problem we faced in our company was the difficult management of human resources in the dispersed structure of the company. Our cooperation began with a few meetings, during which our idea for software was verified, specified and estimated.

At that time a very extensive backlog was created, which became a kind of a list of things that we wanted to implement, transferred into a document.

Then, after completing the formalities, we began the pre-development process, which was aimed at creating the appropriate designs that would later be used during the development itself, and during this phase we determined what elements of the product backlog are to be included in the MVP.

After completing the pre-development phase and approving the design work, we started the development phase, which lasted for several months. Thanks to the Agile approach, which was used in this project, our idea was repeatedly verified, changed in order to finally deliver valuable, working software.

After reaching the MVP phase we finished the project, but now we are thinking about implementing the second version of the product.

This is software used internally.

During our work together the communication and cooperation was on the highest level, thanks to clearly established rules of cooperation based on Scrum. Tools, which we used during our work, also facilitated information flow, thanks to which work efficiency was high. Sometimes I had the impression that there were too many meetings to verify the work, but it was not something that bothered me.

During vendor selection only AntmaIt proposed approach, which reduce a cost and maximize a value. AntmaIT form the beginning was not only a vendor but also advisor.

The goal of the project is to deliver full operated SaaS Solution. Project has started for validate a concept and preparing prototype (mockup and workflow) In the next states AntmaIt helped us to create a business case and define MVP backlog.

The solution implementation is executed according to the agile mindset in one week sprints. This approach allow us to se a value every sprint Currently we are in the last stage of the implementation phase.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did some coaching and teaching in the beginning, but they wanted us to focus on a different part of the market. They didn’t understand our company, our customers, or their needs.

The tools they chose to implement weren’t the right fit. We had to let go of developers and project managers we’d hired because we were too expensive for the market. Out of seven offers we sent, only one was signed.

Overall, they treated us like a larger organization than we were. They didn’t do the right thing for us.

How did Antma IT perform from a project management standpoint?

They tried to use an agile methodology, but our customers weren’t ready for that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They increased my knowledge and understanding of the agile framework.

I knew Antma co-founder, and I knew they will deviler what was promissed. It was another collabration and another successful one.

They helped us with dev process using Azure Devops and Microsoft Azure deployment features. Using sharepoint they managed to deliver us all needed legal documents.
