Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a chiropractic and wellness center. I am the office manager and part owner of the practice.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Direct Allied?

We wanted an online presence to reach new customers and bring new patients through the door with little advertising or time requirements. We wanted someone to build our website and manage SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

This was our first experience working with an SEO provider. They built our website from scratch and did all the design with our input. They wrote a lot of the content as far as information and education and help with our blog. They do the advertising and other media, including AdWords and online promotions.

We gave them an outline of the kind of design we wanted. They designed a few templates to see what we liked and we went from there. They took our direction and we helped tweak things. They added a lot of visual content and information and made the site look beautiful. We worked together on our keyword list for SEO and they did all of our backlinking. They do our analytics and sent us a video that explains how to go through that information.

What is the team composition?

We work with mostly with Kevin (President, Direct Allied).

How did you come to work with Direct Allied?

Their office is right near ours and we knew them personally. We did some research of companies in the area and liked what we saw of his previous work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000 and $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around May 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our Google ranking went from eighth or ninth to the top. The website really serves its purpose. We’ve seen our clients increase from zero new patients finding us online to at least 10 a month. That’s a huge increase and inline with what we were aiming to achieve.

How did Direct Allied perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very professional and responsive. We usually hear back the same day if we have any questions via email and can text back and forth when we need to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver on their promises. They take what we want all the way from concept to reality. They make our ideas functional and they do what they’re supposed to do. It’s been a pleasure working with them and we trust their expertise. We’ve seen a huge return on our investment and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of. We’re very happy with them.
