Puerto Madryn amazes the tourist right at the very first sight. It is one of the most vibrant cities in Patagonia, with a beautiful coastal avenue overlooking the huge natural amphitheater of Nuevo Gulf.
Madryn is a port city with a major deep-water port. But it is also an industrial city, mainly focused on aluminum production, fishing and tourism.

Real Estate Portal
Mirabilis Home is a NON-IDX property portal that allows customers to search for their dream home. Their goal is to make the homeownership process as easy as possible by eliminating the key affordability challenges – debt and down payment – and reducing friction throughout the process. In as little as two weeks you can become a homeowner!
As their service provider, Dipa created this site based on MLS guidelines for different states in the US. We integrated the ATTOM API in the portal and guide the Mirabilis team during the entire project to get approval from US government regulations.
After finishing the project, we switched to a support phase where we are implementing and expanding features and backend panels for administration.

We created different portals in the backend for the administration of properties, prospective owners, agents, developers, and investors.

We had hired a company to the development, but the result was not satisfactory. We got Dipa Solutions recommended to us and we changed in the middle of project.

We had a kick off meeting to see what had been done and agree the tasks. The team took over already developed code and improved it, both in terms of the look and feel but also performance.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Project manager and a small development team. I like, that Dipa Solutions are dedicating an own team for us customers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have not yet launched our solution, but the aim is to increase the conversion rate by 50%.

We had a common slack channel for continuous communication and team meetings twice a week. Team was giving us recommendations and teaching best practices, which was really beneficial.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really like the personal touch from the team, but also the fact that Facundo (owner) is in the start-up meetings. Also, their team is always available and ready to help at any time, which is very good.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Difficult to say at this point. Maybe a common back-log to follow up the tasks.On the other hand I am huge fan of true agile work with less papers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dipa Solutions LLC, and what were your goals?
As a recently founded company Dipa has been involved in al the IT/tech development required by Mirabilis. They helped us with our web development and tenant portal. Additionally, through API integrations we were able to offer our clients additional services such as direct access to MLS listings and credit repair services.

We searched online and interviewed about 10 different providers. Their track record was what ultimately convinced us.

Initial meeting to explain our objectives. After that, we have maintained continous communication with zoom sessions twice a week. Additionally, as the company has evolved and required different services, Dipa has been able to offer them and shape the IT infrastructure of the company

3-4. The CEO of the company has been very involved with us. Additionally we work with a project manager and two developers.

Too early to provide objective measures but the client facing website as well as the tenant portal has significantly simplified our process and will enable us to scale efficiently.

I’m the CTO of a chemicals company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dipa Solutions LLC?
We needed help with process digitalization, as well as with redesigning our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dipa Solutions is building a new web app to help us digitalize some of our core processes. The technology stack that they’re using includes Go as the backend language, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and AWS Lambda for DevOps. Everything is on the Cloud.
They will remake one feature that we already had, and they’ll be adding more features. This app will integrate all the commercial activities for management and logistics and improve our operations in multiple countries.
For the website, we provided them with our branding manuals as a guide for them to redesign it, and they strongly recommended building the website on WordPress. Additionally, they will redeploy our servers, and we will provide the content, which initially will be just text.
What is the team composition?
We work with 5–6 people from Dipa Solutions, including two project managers, programmers, designers, and a data scientist. The project managers are my main points of contact, and I also interact with the owners.

Dipa Solutions collaborated with us in the definition of a software solutuion required to unify and automatize the telecommunications towers portfolio administration at countries and regional level with more than 1,000 towers in stock, including Tower site definition, contract management from landlords and customers (telecom operators), technical documentation, geo location and visualization, business reporting, and work-flow documentation (from candidate site identification up to tower construction completed and telecom operator installed). Before working on this concept with Dipa, tower portfolio administration was done in silos (contract mgmt in one side, financial on other side, engineering with a different tool, etc)., making a consolidated administration and executive reporting very challenging at time of taking business decisions.

Dipa has demonstrated to a have key differentiator at the beginning of the project, and this is to want to know and understand the business this company is in, and then have the ability the speak the "same language" about challenges and business needs.

As described, and due to budget restrictions, the final decision to move on with the project is currently delayed, however, the excercice of working on a thorough process definition, documentation, work-flow and then address the challenges presented was tremendously useful and sets the stage to deploy a serious and automated portfolio management system, a tool that is not commonly deployed in this specific industry (Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure).

Excellent communication skills, organization and specially very receptive to understand the business and operational models and the ability to translate it to a technological approach. Communication channels always open to validate and check on each of the stages worked.

We hired them to create an animated explainer video to explain a new product that has many moving parts.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched for video production providers online. The deciding factor was the quality of their previous work and the price was perfect.

We developed a script and held meetings with them to describe exactly what we wanted. They produced it very quickly and we went through only one or two revisions. Turnaround times were great. Process very smooth.

I worked with Facundo (Founder) and he was very attentive and quick to respond.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video is working very well for us and is being used every day and seen by many people.

The site has yet to be launched, but the client is pleased with the engagement. Dipa Solutions LLC works proactively — they always give helpful recommendations and teach the client about the best practices for development. They're also communicative, hands-on, and accessible.
