My business name is Plover. The website is heyplover.com.
I am the current owner and CEO of the platform. The website acts as a customer management system for businesses that use Stripe as a payment gateway.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dimensional Sys, Inc.?
I was performing various updates to the functionality of my platform, to enhance the customer experience. I corresponded with Dimensional Sys throughout the process to identify the scope and deliverables. Once this was defined, the team assisted in making the updates. This was a very large update to my platform, with many changes being conducted.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They were involved in the development of the updates, from the back end to the front, of my platform. They assisted in some very complex amendments that requires high development skills to achieve. They also provided a multitude of advice to me, with suggestions on features of my platform that would help provide the best possible service to the customer.
What is the team dynamic?
The team dynamic was great. I liaised with Mohsin, Adil and team frequently, over Skype and email and call. They understood all of my requirements straight away. They completely blew away my expectations. They were very understanding and quick to understand the problem, as well as propose solutions and execute them perfectly. It was first class.
How did you come to work with Dimensional Sys, Inc.?
Through a job posting on Upwork. I wrote down my needs for the platform. Mohsin was the only person to actually look in to my site and understand how the site functions, what the issues were and some solutions, that I didn’t even think of. It was unbelievable how quick he was to identifying multiple issues and proposing solutions. I have never experienced such service in web development before.
How much have you invested with them?
Around $10k USD by now. This was over the space of multiple projects.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project is now complete. However, there will be further engagement in the future, from a marketing perspective, as well as potential developments, as I see fit.

It started off with a small project that I initially requested on Upwork. It resulted in a many month long relationship, that completely changed the way my platform operates. I have entrusted this team to conduct key developments on my platform.

This is what they did best. Naturally, as part of developing software, there are many challenges that arise. For every challenge that arose, the team found an appropriate way to deal with them. It was amazing. They found a solution and provided me with an estimated time to complete it and resolve. They resolved every challenge very quickly. The resolutions turned out better than what I intended in the first place. It is a testament to their deep knowledge and diligence.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
It has only just been completed. I would think that this would significantly improve the engagement of the business.
How was project management handled?
Second to none. I was able to contact Mohsin very frequently with updates. He broke down all of my requirements into step by step action points, that his team would work on. As a result, I had complete clarity on what needed to be done. It was very transparent and he made sure I knew what was being worked on.
Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?
Mohsin and teams deep knowledge of their craft is what made them stand out. They were able to solve every single problem I add. The scope of their knowledge was first class from the back end, as well as the front end presentation of the site.
Their level of knowledge was unparalleled. Their communication was daily and frequent.

I honestly cannot think of anything they could have done better. It was a great experience.

I’m the current owner of a software company that’s integrated with an online payment platform. We automate emails for different scenarios. For example, when a person successfully purchases a product from a business and that business is using our website, an automated email is sent to confirm the purchase.

We needed Dimensional’s help in fixing errors in our system.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we needed Dimensional to amend the way we charged our customers for using our service. However, when I reached out to them, they pointed out a number of flaws and bugs in our system. After they identified those flaws, they recommended a comprehensive search on my website to find any potential bugs, flaws, and errors.
We’ve since broken down the whole project into five sections, and they give me daily updates on the status of their accomplished work. Meanwhile, the second stage of our engagement is amending the design of our pricing, and the team is working on it at the moment.

I have one main point of contact, though I sometimes talk with one of his developers to either discuss my thoughts on the issues at hand or to run through a finished product and dive deep into how it works. My main point of contact answers whatever questions I have.

I found Dimensional on Upwork. I posted a project, and freelancers gave their bids and offered their help. Dimensional’s pitch was far better than anyone else’s because they took the time to look into my website. They studied the feasibility of my proposed ideas and looked in depth at my business. Overall, it seemed that they did their homework and researched everything. Everyone else simply named a price and didn’t say anything else. That was the main reason I went with the Dimensional team.

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have no real success metrics to measure, but we’ve gained more clarity in our system — it’s working perfectly, and we can see how each of our customers is using the product. Based on this clarity, we can say that Dimensional has been great at removing the issues we’ve had.
Overall, they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. They’ve been highly attentive in identifying areas where flaws and errors are found, and they’ve offered great solutions to fix those errors.
How did Dimensional Sys Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
My main point of contact is highly responsive, and he’s willing to work within my time zone. He doesn’t only answer my questions; he also provides me with educational advice. He offers alternative solutions not only for the current work at hand but also for future improvements and projects. Overall, their service is second to none. To communicate, we use Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Dimensional’s knowledge distinguishes them from other providers. They’re quick to understand my business, what’s wrong with it, and what we need to improve. They’ve also come up with good potential strategies for the future. Simply put, their ability to gain knowledge and offer solutions is far better than anyone else in the market.

If you don’t have a background in software development, then try to get as much clarity as you can on the steps involved in the process. That way, you'll know how everything connects in terms of their outputs. This has helped me the most in our engagement; I try to get as much clarification as I can about what they’re doing and how it affects everything else.
