I'm an office administrator at LOA Construction, a roofing company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Digitech?

We needed someone to help us rebrand, redo our website, and improve our SEO. Roofing was a competitive market, so we needed a clean website design that people could find through Google.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first had a meeting with Digitech to go over issues with our previous website. We also gave them our current analytics and our goals for the project. Based on that, the team created a game plan for us to achieve these goals.

With Digitech's guidance, we decided to change our name to emphasize our services. Then, the team cleaned up our website and rewrote some of our content. We worked with the writer closely because we wanted to put our personal touch on the site.

They continue to maintain our site, which is now live. The team is also managing our SEO efforts and helping us utilize our online presence as much as we can.

We've worked with five people, including Darryl (CEO), the owner, the VP, a content writer, and a creative director.

How did you come to work with Digitech?

Our company's owner found them through networking. We set up a meeting with Darryl and decided to hire them because we got along and had common goals.

We've spent $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2021 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Digitech has delivered an informative and clean website for us. Their SEO work is also effective, and we're already seeing an increase in website traffic. This has led to more phone calls and leads.

Compared to our previous SEO partner, Digitech has made a significant impact on our business.

How did Digitech perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage the project well — the team works as fast as they can without sacrificing the quality of their work. Furthermore, their communication skills are outstanding. 

We have monthly Zoom meetings to go over our analytics, and we use Google Drive to exchange files. If needed, we also communicate through phone calls and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to other agencies we've worked with, Digitech is a lot more knowledgeable about web design, content writing, and SEO. They're also way more personable than their competitors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We'd appreciate it if they hopped into more meetings with us to go over their progress. Other than that, Digitech is a great team.
