We’ve gotten feedback from people that have been really impressed with the user interface/user experience. We have gotten the code independently audited and stress tested and everyone is very happy.
How did Digitalya OPS perform from a project management standpoint?
Our point of contact was Ovi, who is the owner. Ovi was extremely professional to work with. We communicated almost daily. When we stressed urgency in some features, he worked accordingly. They were always able to meet deadlines. He had a team of nine developers working on the project.
What did you find most impressive about Digitalya OPS?
Their communication was one of their strengths. Their cost has always been more than fair. We’ve always had confidence in their team.
Are there any areas Digitalya OPS could improve?
Sometimes they try to roll things out too quickly and might sacrifice a quality check to do so. I find things that they have to go back and fix.
