Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of Sprinthub Mobile. We're a mobile solutions agency, so we build mobile apps for iOS and Android.

What challenge were you trying to address with DigitalSprout Creative Agency Ltd?

We started off as a software development agency, but we realized that our niche was mobile development. We needed a vendor to help us rebrand our company. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave DigitalSprout the information about our business and they came up with a few suggestions for the new website design. We're still deciding on the budget, so we haven't implemented the designs yet. The implementation will likely be a collaborative effort of our team and theirs. DigitalSprout also created a new logo and helped us craft a message for our new brand.

We found them through a Google search. We interviewed three different companies and decided that DigitalSprout was the best fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We worked with them between May–June 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were responsive to our feedback, so the final designs are exactly what we were looking for. 

How did DigitalSprout Creative Agency Ltd perform from a project management standpoint? 

We used email and Slack to stay in touch. It was a very collaborative process, so we were constantly communicating back and forth. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really focused on the quality of the deliverables and took time to do their research.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything.

They're a great team. I'd definitely recommend them.
