We have a brand of tea, that we want develop the entire internet projetct to sell in our country.

Make the website, and start sell on social media networks

How did you select this vendor?

A friend of mine recomended me, cause the business man of the digital rocket has worked on performance sales.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They make entire website, on wordpress platform, in one month we can make some tests and sales. The project began with some networking and brainstorming with us to reach and understand all the process and flow that will be implemented on web dev. However we had too many times together to understand all the challenges and goals of digital marketing campaign. So let’s start.

What was the team composition?

The team is about 3 people on web development and design, and 2 people in digital marketing. For our project it is ok, cause the digital marketing team had background on tea market. And the work for us, with a monthly fee.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The entire project was dev in four weeks. We make all the tests and that was fine, everything works, everything is ok. However we needed collaborate together to find a solution in digital marketing goals.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was very actual, we use slack, and trell, and everything works fine

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Project management and time management were their strongest qualities. And a very expressive digital consultion.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The team sometimes is small, they need more people to work, but i know is very complicated in Portugal, specialy in that city.
