I’m the former COO of an IT firm, one of the leading software development agencies.
What challenge were you trying to address with DIGITALKOD?
We hired DIGITALKOD to support us with defining a digital strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their goal was to optimize our traffic channels and our revenue streams from B2B sales. They helped adjust our strategy to our target group.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Anna (Co-Founder) directly. She came into our company and was a part of our team. She built excellent relationships with our company.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2019 to March 2020.

The money was well spent, the project was very well done. They demonstrated a high level of effectiveness, drive, and ability to perform. We’re very happy, happy enough we recommended them to other industry friends.

We wanted to increase organic searches for the website and create.

My team searched for IT consulting companies in our area. We selected this vendor by the quality of their final proposal.
Describe the project in detail.
DIGITALKOD was helping both the company and me personally. For the company, the priority was to verify and set up the long-term strategy. They assisted in creating a content marketing strategy and lead generation. For me personally, they have helped me expand my knowledge, enhance online marketing options, and set up funnels for lead generation.
What was the team composition?
I work directly with the owner.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have clearly identified our target audience and create a strategy to reach it. The strategy improved customer retention and lead generation. The vendor improved our content marketing and SEO strategy resulting in better organic traffic to our website. Marketing campaigns have also driven a marked increase in the number of leads.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had met twice a week but in case of any questions or problems the vendor was always available and willing to help. The team is available to answer questions and offer advice.

We were looking for digital marketing consultancy and experts with outlook on the changes in the mobility context.

We were reviewing our goals and methods across the marketing and sales spheres of operation. We reviewed our Sales and Marketing plans and discussed various options for marketing activity and appropriated the right budget for the job. We also tailored our communication to better approach our Customers' needs and ambitions.
What was the team composition?
We work with DigitalKod Business Consultant alongside our Marketing manager and CEO.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the beginning we succesfully deployed the product on the market with first international orders being delivered in April 2021. We attracted multiple customers to our Webinars, organised at the suggestion of Digitalkod.

The workflow was extremely well organised.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was really impressed by their ability to synthesize a series of information into a coherent strategy and communication lines, much better approaching our Customers than we previously did.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I would could readily pinpoint.
The ROI was excellent, as DIGITALKOD effectively integrated themselves into the IT firm's team. They met deadlines, were communicative, effective, and driven. They were able to simplify complex strategies into deliverables to meet the IT firm'ss goals.
