Development and process innovation based on the dedicated software to support route management and aboutptimization of drivers' work in the Rail sector. The main system allows the creation and management of a database of points, point types, lines and connections.
A key element was the implementation of an algorithm that automatically determines travel routes, taking into account optimal selection of the driver. We have made it possible to import drivers' routes and trails from XLSX files and manage their knowledge of routes. In addition, the system generates detailed reports exported to XLSX files, and extensive administration provides full control over all processes.

Technologically, the project was based on modern solutions, such as .NET Core on the backend and JQuery on the frontend, which guarantees the stability and responsiveness of the application. The processing and importing of data from XLSX files used the EPPlus library, which allows efficient management of large data sets.
Data is stored in a SQL Server database, which provides quick access to information and the ability to generate reports in real time. The entire system has been designed for easy expansion, allowing future integrations and development of functionality according to customer needs.

Significant reduction in operating costs for the end user (rail freight carrier)

Very good cooperation with the TEAM and project & scope+changes management served during the work on the project. The final configuration of the product has much better functionalities compared to the originally planned one due to the excellent sense of the customer's needs by the committed team of programmers. The elements were delivered on time, and expectations as well as needs are exceeded in relation to the wildest expectations. I definitely recommend!

The attentive listening of the needs with understanding, as well as the proactive approach and accurate suggestions for changes and improvements during work were definitely impressive.

The company perfectly fulfills its obligations within the established scope of work, often exceeding expectations, however, for very large projects additional support and acquisition of additional resources from outside will be necessary. Looking at the achievements to date and knowledge of key people in the company, I am confident of further success, even with involvement in very large and demanding projects.
