I'm the owner of Team Online a 12 year old student consultancy business that specializes in scholarships and getting talented students into top tier universities.

I wanted SEO done on my website as well as off-page. I wanted a complete digital rebranding of my company and I wanted google and Facebook ads to generate real and actual leads that converted into business something I had been unable to do for ages despite spending a lot of money on it

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The SEO they did as well as the Ad Spending done gave me a 2.7X ROI compared to 1.2 what I was getting preivously jettisoned my views and website traffic by 3X and overall conversions by a factor of 1.7

Very. They were punctual, always on time, and on point. Explained everything to me in painstaking detail and helped me make the right decisions and come up with solutions to problems I did not know I had

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That the owner and CEO of the company personally took an interest in my project and did not treat me like a dumb client but rather took the pain to explain things to me and help me navigate through my decisions.

We hired Digital Spades to revamp our online presence to make us a more approachable and less intimidating entity as we wished to target smaller customers as well as our existing large enterprise clients

I had known them from before at my time at Thriftify where they worked on the digital marketing and online spending of the company. So I gave them a call and they showed up with an amazing proposal and thorugh due dilligence offering unique ideas and a great overall strategy in line with our overall vision and mission

We started off with our rebranding and new digital marketing strategy. The accounts were not very active and were rather dry with small followings.

Digital Spades went to work organically growing our following teaming up with other brands and doing cross promotions as well as spending medium amounts to attract likes but it was ultimately good creatives and excellent content execution that bore fruits

We only dealt with their CEO and Key Account Manager who personally handle our account. We are probably their biggest client at the moment

The project helped us increase not just the likes but also the engagement of our social media acounts by a great margin. Digital Spades was extremely woke and always on the right side of all the happenings in the country. never missing a beat or being insensitive to offend any group

Flawless. I mean they have and are at our beck and call and we have never had an issue with them of any kind in that regard

I am the CTO of Thrifity. We are a thrift store selling online. We function as a market place allowing buyers and sellers to interact and mingle selling items that are second hand and/or outdated and have value due to their age

We hired Digital Spades to increase our ROI on PPC ads and conversion on Facebook and Google Ads. Before we outsourced to digital spades we were spending north of two thousand dollars per month on google ads but saw very little traffic and even lower conversions

How did you select Digital Spades and what were the deciding factors?

We fell in love with their proposal. They were the only company who sent in a 32 page proposal that contained a complete and thorough detailed analysis of our current SEO and the keywords and PPC solution we ought to implement. This was the key deciding factor when we hired them.

Their proposal was not generic cookie cutter blabber but 32 pages of analysis and content that would have been viable if implemented by us or anyone. We were given confidence in them by the proposal and started small giving them a small chunk of our work until eventually they were handling alll of our digital media

They handle all our social meida, marketing campaigns, SEO both On and Off Page. They also handle all our digital media buying as well as handling chats on whatsapp/facebook for customer support and queries

We were approached by the head of sales and the CEO. Once the deal was signed and project kicked off a Key Account Manager was assigned to us who handled any and alll our queries and requests. On the backend two designers, a content writer and a web developer are engaged in managing our work

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been a regular client for more than 2 years. That should speak to our overall satisfaction with the company as well as their delivery. We received a 3X uptake in conversions and have far better ROI on our investments on Google and Facebook

They give very clear and realistic timelines. They do not promise anything they cannot deliver. They are upfront about both good and bad news equally irrespective of how well/poorly it will be taken by the client.

A key example of this would be their timeline of atleast 3 months before we saw the fruits of their SEO efforts. They did not promise us a turnaround in a month but sure enough come 3 months we were seeing the results they had promised us

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their honesty, ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English and their vast knowledge and experience in the domain of digital marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could be gentler in their delivery of negative or bad news. They are genuine, blunt, and upfront.
