The most unique and value added service we received was the fact that they gave us a dedicated project manager from day 1 and all the communication goes through him. We don't have to manage 4 - 8 people to do multiple jobs instead our project manager does the complete management for us as well as weekly reporting. They are very professional yet personable at the same time when there is an issue they have is sorted regardless of business working hours.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Professionals could have done differently?
Currently they are doing quite well they need to open up an office in London as well.
