I’m the founder of a nonprofit organization called Never Forget 84.

I hired them to build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Minds has developed my WordPress website from scratch. Through development, I would give them requirements, they worked on them, and sent me back a draft. From there, I would review the work to see if anything was missing and ask for changes. They’ve recently started helping us with SEO.

I only talk to one person from Digital Minds. 

How did you come to work with Digital Minds Pakistan?

Several people highly recommended them to me, including my brother, who introduced me to them. Digital Minds built my brother’s website five years ago. I liked the site, and since I used to code myself, I reviewed their source code and appreciated their work. Therefore, I asked my brother for Digital Minds’ contact information.

How much have you invested with them?

We started with $100 a month. So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Digital Minds does a great job, and they’re very quick to respond. Whenever I need something, someone is available to make it happen, no matter what time it is. 

How did Digital Minds Pakistan perform from a project management standpoint?

I communicate with only one person from Digital Minds, so it’s very straightforward and instantaneous — I don’t have to wait on them. Initially, they gave me a phone number to contact them directly. I asked if we could communicate through WhatsApp because my email gets flooded every day, and the team did a workaround and added me to a WhatsApp group with their developers. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I run a small business, so I appreciate that Digital Minds takes the time to talk to me rather than putting it off. The team treats our organization like it’s their own business. They’re not playing games, or leading people on like other providers do; they provide good work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing to complain about. My only feedback is that they should continue this effort into the future. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be clear and upfront with what you want. The more straightforward you are, the faster Digital Minds can provide your product.

Did a Google search and had initial interviews with a selection of vendors. Decided to have a second chat with them and was made to feel comfortable with and confident in their service offering.

Work together a bit more to analyse the type of leads coming in and how to improve that based on our business goals, using both SEO and PPC.

We sold out our residential tower of 410 apartments in record breaking time of 5 months in post covid era that was seriously bad time to start a high rise building

They manage things very systematically we adopted so many patterns to improve our own internal communication. They also implemented basic communication and data distribution policy for us that improved our staff’s productivity

They take time to plan they are very difficult to get convince, they stand with their commitments

I and my management is really very happy with this company I dont think I have any suggestion for their team but there might be a room for improvement for them as there is always an opportunity to improve :)
