Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a consumer product company. Right now, we specialize in dog supplies and accessories.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Web developerz?
I could cover a large section of how to run the business, but I didn’t have enough detail on anything marketing-related.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Creative Web developerz has helped us with web design, email marketing, and digital marketing. They’ve done the fundamental to make us more attractive to customers and ensure they continuously come back to see what we offer. They’ve designed the website to grab the customer’s attention. On the email marketing side, they’ve taken care of emailing a certain amount of customers. We just give them what we want to say; we don’t have to worry about any technologies. They provide everything to make it happen.

How did you come to work with Creative Web developerz?
It happened by chance. A friend of mine referred me to go to a digital company. Creative Web developerz’s CEO was one of the marketing specialists in the company. Talking with him, I found out that he was very specialized, concerned, and hardworking. He always wanted to keep me in the loop, and we were in constant communication.
When he told me he was going, I realized that someone else would take his place. Our trustworthy relationship would completely vanish, so we went along with him.

So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.

We started working together in April 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have any measures of quantitative data. Having a post and user engagement on the post is what we consider a successful way of conducting business. Our followers on Facebook are around a few thousand, which is pretty good for a dog accessories company.
How did Creative Web developerz perform from a project management standpoint?
We work together as a startup CEO talking to another startup CEO. We bounce ideas off each other and find out what works and doesn’t work. We usually communicate via phone. We don’t use any management tool; we only discuss what we need to do in marketing, and they inform us of what they’ll do.

Their strongest points are their communication and trust. Also, their developers take extra steps to ensure we’re satisfied. They want to provide the best possible product, and we don’t see that in many other places.
