For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Marketing Lab, and what were your goals?

I wanted a mobile game application. The theme of the game is fashion. It was designed keeping in mind the age group of 6-15 years old. I wanted an app which would have a flawless UI, run smoothly and appeal my target audience. Also, I wanted in app ads and purchases included in the gaming app.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did online research and interviewed a few companies. Out of them DML suited our requirements the best . They had quite a few interesting projects on their bag. Also, their cost estimate met my budget.

We had a lot of initial meetings wherein we had detailed discussion about the ideation and the features that I wanted to include in the gaming app. I wanted a hybrid app with top notch UI and wanted a design that would appeal to my target audiences.They kept us updated on the progress on weekly basis and we had stand up calls almost every day. After the first round was delivered, I gave them my feedback which they incorporated well and finally delivered the revised version.

We were assigned with a project manager who was our point of communication. Two developers worked behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Just within a few months of launching, our gaming app has received a lot of positive feedback. We have over 1000 downloads already. We have achieved mostly 5 stars and received a lot of positive reviews on the how interesting the game looks.

The Project Manager was amiable and an excellent communicator. We were given weekly updates on the progress and were informed beforehand if a deadline was missed. All the communication was well documented which made things a lot more easy and clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's skills impressed me a lot. They gave me an app just like I wanted. They turned my ideas into reality. They were not hesitant to take my feedback and work on it which made the process much easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes there were delays in arranging the stand up calls but it was not a big issue.

We are associated with Digital Marketing Lab for the past 1 and half years. They are responsible after the maintenance of our website as well as its SEO. Our website is running great and the SEO has definitely helped us gain more website traffic.

After taking services from DML the traffic to our website has grown considerably. Quite a few customers said they found us through net which is a positive sign.
