I’m the founder of Topbeat, an online music school for children. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Go Where?

We wanted an agency to help us with SEO and improve the organic traffic to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were launching our services to the international market, and Digital Go Where was responsible for improving our website’s SEO. They conducted market research, identifying keywords that would help us most in Dubai, which was where we were starting our international launch. Then, Digital Go Where’s team built a lot of content around those keywords.

Their team also did some backlinking and affiliate marketing. For that part of the project, they identified affiliates that could help with backlinking. The goal for that was to drive more traffic to our site. 

One campaign targeted working parents with children. The goal was to tap into that market by building content around taking care of children after school. Digital Go Where’s content focused on the efficiency and developmental benefits of our services. So, they created a free workshop for children to enroll in while their parents worked.

We spent $9,000 with Digital Go Where.

This project was from December 2021–March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website traffic has increased by almost 15%. We were getting around 3,000 views a day and 30,000 views a month. However, we ended the partnership with Digital Go Where because we changed our marketing strategy and SEO was no longer relevant. 

How did Digital Go Where perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was available around the clock. I was able to call them at any time, and they’d solve my problem, even if it was the middle of the night. We had weekly stand-up meetings to review our metrics. Outside of those meetings, we communicated through email and daily calls. The entire project was managed in Google Sheets and Docs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a very experienced SEO specialist. Their team was creative; the content we got from them was very good. I appreciated that Digital Go Where’s founder was always involved in projects, no matter how big or small the client was. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Instead of using Google Sheets and Docs to manage projects, they could start using other project management tools. That would make it easier to track tasks. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Outsource your SEO to Digital Go Where because they are a top-notch company. However, be sure to have a six-month plan.
