For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Funnel, and what were your goals?

We had a failing website and limited presence in the digital space. We needed to plan and implement a strategy to change this and position ourselves appropriately online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Had a referral to Digital Funnel and had seen some of the work they had done with similar briefs. Spoke on the phone and subsequently decided to move forward on the project as we were happy with the offering.

Began with an audit of current reality. Moved on to scope out desired outcomes. Staged implementation plan with regular check ins to ensure success

We worked with 2 members of the team. Digital marketing generalist + web design/SEO specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Too early to chart exact ROI but the resulting website and email campaign are both ready to launch and the set up phase is complete.

Communication was efficient and any questions we had were attended to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Broad knowledge of every aspect of digital marketing. All aspects were able to be handled by Digital Funnel making the process easy and effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. We have been very happy with the work
