We hired DigitalDot for SEO and to overhaul our website and set up proper conversion tracking of calls, forms, and other events. We wanted an increase in admissions that we could directly tie to DigitalDots efforts through proper tracking.

We are an insurance and background verification provider for the construction industry. As a project manager and senior account manager, I am responsible for the client experience and any changes/updates for our site.

Our goal was to improve the ease of use for our site. For our members-only site it is critical for our members to navigate without distraction or problems.

We are still working on elements of the site with another 3rd-party vendor. Digital Dot's work allowed us to focus on marketing and API development.

PM was proficient. One PM and one line of communication to keep things simple.
