I am the owner of a salon and spa brand with several branches.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Cogency, and what were your goals?

It was high time my business got a website. It was losing a lot of new clients due to the lack of a website. So we hired this website development company for a WordPress website that has showcased our services really well.

How did you select Digital Cogency and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers in our area. After closely assessing their skills, cost estimate and company's approach I chose Digital Cogency. The CEO's approach was fresh and it matched my understanding.

We had a meeting about our aim and the purpose of this website which went great. The team delivered a layout for our site which was quite similar to what I had in mind. They designed and developed a very eye catching and informational WordPress website. The content they updated on the website reflected all our services with very attractive pictures. It all came together looking great.

How many people from the Digital Cogency team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager was the ambassador in the whole project. He was our main point of contact and throughout the process he was very helpful. There were two full stack developers and designers and a great content writer. The project manager was also the SEO expert which meant our website was designed in a very SEO friendly manner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website , we have seen around 60% increase in traffic. The new lead has increase over the month and I can see people talking about my brand. People are making online appointments through the contact details on the website. They even have a more detailed understanding of the services we offer.

We had a daily conversation with the project manager who passed on the information to the rest of the team. There was no delay in the work which was great. We coordinated with the team on Slack or phone calls if required, they worked pretty well with our team. We weren't very techy but still they managed to understand our requirements and incorporate it with their ideas.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their coordination among the team and with us was amazing. The whole process felt like a piece of cake with no huff and puff in the way. They gave us a quality professional website that's easy to update. They even took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves on the WordPress site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were minor bug fixing required. We told them and they were proactive towards fixing the issue quickly.
