I’m the owner of Colibri Day Spa & Beauty Shop, a full-service day spa.

What challenge were you trying to address with DigiSphere Marketing?

We needed to learn more about digital marketing, advertising, and rankings on the internet.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DigiSphere Marketing gave us advice and implemented solutions in social media marketing, SEO, and website development. They built our new website and now maintain it.

What is the team composition?

Our main contacts are Chris (CEO) and Steve (Vice President of Account Management). They have people who work on building and maintaining the site, people who work on SEO, and people who work on our social media advertising.

How did you come to work with DigiSphere Marketing?

I researched them on Google. I was looking at three digital marketing and advertising companies in the Sarasota area. Once I decided on two, I made an appointment to meet with each and spent an hour interviewing them. From there, I selected DigiSphere Marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in October 2019 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very satisfied with their work. When COVID-19 closed us down, we took the opportunity to separate from our franchise shop and set up our own independent business. DigiSphere Marketing helped us launch a brand new website with our brand new name.

How did DigiSphere Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been exceptional. Their communication level is great; we talk over the phone, email, and text. They don’t usually delay in getting back to me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DigiSphere Marketing assists me in all things. Our next project is to integrate an online shop with our site. We’re also looking to start Google advertising.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything I haven’t been pleased with.
