I am Head of Marketing in Tenesys. We are a DevOps firm that provides cloud solutions for corporations worldwide. We are Amazon Advanced Tier Service Partner and GCP and Azure Partners. Our core business ventures include e-commerce, scientific research, entertainment, FinTech, and start-ups.

Before I took charge of marketing at Tenesys, the marketing department had never existed. Organic traffic was low, so we needed to improve that. Immediately after I started, the marketing department hired an agency with SEO and PPC skills.

Digiffic helped us prepare our URL structure and ensure accuracy of content when we launched our new website last year. They also developed and maintain an SEO and PPC strategy for us. Now that the site is live, they are fixing links, redirecting, and cleaning up any bugs.

I've been working with Digiffic CEO and one of their Growth Hackers lately. Their copywriter just started assisting as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Because of them, we've been able to rank in four more keywords and appear on search results for our brand name as well as for the names of our services. Our website is working perfectly, and traffic is still increasing. Our presence on search results has increased dramatically.

Personal relationships are what I value the most. You can achieve great results with PPC and SEO, but with the right amount of money, it can be a black box. Digiffic has created a custom strategy that focuses on our needs and approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. Digiffic has a lot of experience in SEO/PPC. We all read about different SEO/PPC methods on the internet. It's not always right. Believe that they know what they are doing.

I’m the head of delivery at Adchitects Sp. zo.o., a product and web design agency. We mainly make websites and applications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digiffic.com?

In the course of building websites and other digital products for ourselves and our clients, we needed help with PPC campaigns and SEO services. We were looking for someone who could help us with our own website, as well as our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They run PPC campaigns for both us and our clients. When our clients need such services, we move them to work directly with Digiffic.com. They help with about 10 projects per year for our clients.

​​On our side, we use them for Google Ads and Facebook Ads to help us gather more leads. The keywords on the U.S. side are expensive, so we focus on a different approach: leveraging longer keywords based on the services and purchasing intention of our potential clients. This allows us to reduce our CPC and still receive the valuable leads. We offer ideas, but Digiffic.com is responsible for keyword research.

We work with two people.

About three years ago, we were a subcontractor for a client that uses Digiffic.com as their mobile app provider. In that engagement, they focused on growth hacking and ensuring that the app reached the client's target audience. We saw how they worked and thought and signed with them ourselves.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can’t give an exact measure of how much our traffic increased, as I'd have to dig into the analytics for different clients and ourselves, but most of our clients say that Digiffic.com's SEO is working. They've seen an increase in traffic, and we’re happy with their services; they have the expertise that we don’t have and are always willing to explain what they're doing. Direct communication with our clients and with our teams ensures that they're building the website with future SEO success in mind. They know what they’re doing.

They’re engaged and they deliver on time. We work with them closely to set the deadlines and use Slack for daily communication. They've also agreed to work on our project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise is impressive; I never have doubts if they know what they’re doing. Thanks to the security and trust I feel with them, I don't have to control everything that they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could just set up points and we will gladly follow their ideas. We don’t have to be engaged at every specific point. It’d be smoother if they just took control of the next steps.

You have to be open to their ideas and let them take control. Give them the right amount of information to provide you with an idea.

After identifying some areas of opportunity, both internally and externally, they prepared a monthly game plan. This work included a backlink building campaign, technical improvements and optimization, as well as an SEO content strategy.

The Digiffic team has delivered fantastic results month over month. They worked within our budget and helped us cut out the fat, and focus on what mattered. We are seeing constant improvement in SEO after working together for over a year and this success is fully attributable to the Digiffic team.

Their management style is relatively flexible and dependent on the client. In our case we worked on Clickup and they Digiffic team has integrated into that ecosystem seamlessly. They provided monthly reports and remained very responsive throughout the process.

We were looking to enter new markets with our services and decided that paid traffic (Facebook & Google Ads) would be the best choice for us to scale up. The main challenge was that in our experience B2B campaigns are often expensive and don't provide return on investment that would be acceptable. We needed a partner capable of designing a profitable campaign targeted at C-level executives or decision makers in local companies.

Digiffic is well known locally and we decided to contact them. After telling them what we'd like to accomplish, they came up with several ideas, suggested the best channels and warned us of potential risks. This is when we decided to go with them on this project. Their experience and knowledge impressed us and they clearly seemed like they knew what they're doing.

At first we planned the strategy. We've identified our client persona, our strengths and Unique Selling Points. Based on that we researched the best platforms to advertise on (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other PPC platforms as a support for remarketing purposes). Then we moved on to find out the right keywords and targeting methods, then Digiffic's team came up with ads and we started airing our campaigns. Then, on a daily basis a PPC expert assigned to us optimized the campaigns to reduce the cost and make campaigns more efficient. It worked.

We worked with several people. Our first contact was the founder, responsible for the entire strategy, then we were in touch with a graphic designer working on visuals and a copywriter taking care of the content of our ads. Finally the last person was a PPC expert that optimized our campaigns

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In Google Ads they selected keywords that had the highest purchase intent and CPC lower than market average (thanks to optimizing the campaign based on devices, delivery schedule and audience targeting). They delivered more leads than expected while being faster and cheaper than we expected. Social media campaigns were also a success and we're happy with the performance.

From the start we've been told what's going on, what are the next steps and why they'd like to do something in a specific way. They always had time to answer our questions and several times a month they sent us email updates with the current state of campaigns.

In a short time, I acquired the clients I cared about the most, i.e. those who will come back to me again and we establish permanent cooperation. At a relatively low cost, I generated a measurable return on investment in the first few months. The website is visible and often visited, due to the specificity of the industry and its seasonality, my ads must reach the recipient during the shopping campaign, and this is exactly what happens.
