I’m the CEO of Windward Studios, a computer software company.

For what projects/services did your company hire DevSymmetrix?

We hired DevSymmetrix to manage the QA for a program. We wanted them to test our software with the aim of identifying and fixing bugs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to reduce the incidence of program errors by thoroughly examining the software.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After interviewing 27 vendors in Russian-speaking countries, we found DevSymmetrix to be the most impressive.

Describe the project in detail.

The team verified that previously solved errors weren’t disrupting current software processes. Then, they reviewed the functionality of the entire product. These tests have allowed them to find additional issues and bug fixes. DevSymmetrix will continue to review more elements of our software.

What was the team composition?

The team consists of two full-time testers.

Each time they test a component, I’m confident they will find all possible errors.
