Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Right now it’s a lot easier to manage our financial situation, create financial plans. Manage workers salaries, sick leaves, documents, add some notes about them. Have notifications about birthdays etc. Manage documents for each of them.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We had calls each two weeks, to watch what was developed. Planning at all was very good with real timelines, sometimes they could make things faster, and sometimes it could take more time. But we didn't have problems with deadlines. We communicated through Slack, Skype, e-mails, phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They developed our system like their own, the involvement was awesome, they discussed everything, and analyze, and propose their own ideas. It feels like each one of the team members was 100% involved.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It's hard to say. I think nothing from the main areas.
