Devenup SEO is continually optimizing our web page and SEO — handling all the digital wizardry that goes into that including blogs, internal linking, and more. Kelli L. in particular has been extraordinary at meeting our goals and surpassing expectations. They’ve also worked with outside companies to establish external links and provide cross-pollination in that respect.

They also deal with all of our Facebook and Instagram paid media and Google Ads — really, any of the major platforms out there. We work with them to develop and establish our brand name and our company on those platforms.

We’ve exponentially grown our business and continue to use them in our other business ventures outside IT. I don’t have the exact numbers, but we look at our statistical metrics like our Google rankings for specific keywords.

They’ve been able to get us on page one for both our ads and our keyword searches. Given the newness of our business and they were able to redesign our entire website, the fact that they’ve been able to get us page one and page two rankings is very impressive. They’ve worked diligently so as these aspects of Google’s algorithm lapse, we’ll start ranking higher and higher.

They perform very well. Together, we use Sprout Social, which allows us to go in and see the calendar of what ads are scheduled, review the ads they’ve put together, approve them, and collaborate on any needed changes.

They also use Basecamp, which I’m head over heels for because it allows us, as the end-user, to go in and communicate with their entire team. We can see what projects are up, what their status is, and communicate about them. It also allows for live feedback. It’s a great platform to keep individuals in the know about where everything is. Basecamp is our main communication tool for day-to-day communication, but we also speak over email and Bi-Weekly Zoom meetings.

We've been working with them for a little over 2 years. Comparing a month this year to last year, our organic traffic has increased by over 150%, and, more importantly, our conversions have increased nearly at the same pace.

I can't think of a time that the weekly deliverables haven't been met, and we've been chugging along on this very large site's historical optimization for quite some time, making vast improvements to the site. We've also certainly met our expectations in trying new strategies/technology - implementing many new features I would have never considered.

Devenup SEO served our portfolio of around 8 PPC clients by running their ad campaigns each month and joining us on client calls to provide closed-loop reporting. They managed the ad accounts for our clients to ensure that ads and budgets were being regularly optimized and maximized for the client's results.

Typically, we had a meeting with our clients once every two weeks or once a month. During this time, we'd have a specialist from Devenup SEO join our account strategist to report on the results that were experienced during the period so far — as well as make any recommendations for what could be done to pivot and improve.

We saw a great ROI with our clients in working together with Devenup SEO. At the time, we didn't have great in-house capabilities for paid ads/PPC so Devenup SEO was excellent at providing us with a robust strategy for our clients and setting things up for success. We would receive emailed reports from Google AdWords or Agency Analytics, depending on the client needs, be able to schedule calls with our Devenup SEO teammate, and have quarterly reporting to evaluate progress ongoing.

Client retention for paid search service increased as a result of working with Devenup SEO. Previously, we hadn't been able to keep clients interested in paid ads as a channel, due to our inability at the time to provide great strategic insight and ROI on the channel.

Nearly every client that we worked with Devenup SEO on experienced a positive ROI in the paid search services and their ad budget. This also improved our ability to retain our clients in our SEO services, improving monthly cash flow and scalability. Clients who were seeing results slowly in SEO felt better due to having their sales pipeline bolstered by paid ads.

Devenup SEO was always on time with their deliverables. We shared a Slack channel together where we could ping them and get what we needed. We almost always heard back on the same business day, and usually within 3-4 hours. If there was a high-priority matter, we DID have their phone number and were able to get on the line ASAP if needed. This was seldom necessary.

They always showed up to client meetings and were prepared. We had a very high level of trust in the work they were doing, so there were RARELY any moments with the client where we seemed under-prepared. Megethos was also good at pushing US to be timely with the deliverables that we needed to supply, which included ad creative/copy, etc.
